Love this guy. Joe responded super quickly to my first call and gave me an estimate for adding some gas lines for a fireplace retrofit. For various reasons didn't get it done for a few months. called him back he came right out again and worked with me to do the work within a couple weeks, which was totally fine with me. I know he would have stepped up his scheduled if I needed him to. Old school customer service guy. He is definitely a keeper for any future plumbing work.

All I can say is Joe is friggen awesome! He replaced our leaking ancient water heater with an in demand unit which was right on based on his recommendation. Works awesome. I wish I had a picture because it was a wreck before he cleaned it all up. He did such a good job I asked him to fix the laundry area by connecting the drain line to the house, install a hot water line, and fix the setup in the room. He did it within the time he said, fair price, and nicely. He took pictures since we were out of town. I never actually met him in person during the job. My realtor who is great, Sherry Sims, recommended him. Best suggestion, and now I asked him to work with again at my new house and I can say the same thing, great work, fair price, and exceeds my expectations. I probably shouldn't share a great contractor but he really is a great guy to work with. Thank you from the Hansen family!

Joe always tries to be as inexpensive and quick as possible; I've got to press him to help us spend our money on fancy frills. Great guy to deal with and very knowledgeable recommendations. Our friends rave about him too.
