Had a very simple issue with our garbage disposal. The repairman was in the house maybe 5 minutes gave me an allen wrench. Then I received a bill for $80.

Customer service is very poor. The pipe below our kitchen sink unexpectedly broke. We made an appointment later that afternoon and after waiting around for over an hour, we heard from them and had to reschedule for the next day. The next day, I once again left work to let the plumber in and waited for a half hour without any word. I then called and they told me we would to have reschedule for the next day again. It would have been nice of them to call me if they weren't going to show up.
