Don,t waste your time calling waltower enterprises .they will not get back to you with an estimate been over a month many call to them just more lies from them . if you need work done call guys hardware

Wow where to start, I had heard bad things about their customer service and communications from others, but options in this area are rare. I called this company at the office and even the owners cell multiple times and left multiple voice messages and never got a return call. After about a week of that I finally reached someone at the office and was told Wes would call me tomorrow to work a time to come out to my house to look at my problem....no call back. So a few days later I call again and get someone else who said since Friday afternoon now he would call me Monday morning to schedule a time to come out.....again no call. Unacceptable. Called another company in Bedford and they answered AND came out the next morning.

My highest recommendation. Mr Waltower is very honest and trustworthy. They did a wonderful job on our home. Employees were professional, friendly, efficient and neat. Followed up after the job was complete to see if we were satisfied. Yes we were!
