Cathryn R.I would never call these people for anything ever again. I work for a Country Club and we needed a plumber badly. I called Walton and explained it was an emergency and needed someone out quickly. I was told that they were busy and could not come today, we waited for over a week and we had to call again. I got to speak with who I am sure is a senile old man named Harold and he explained they were new construction plumbing and did no service calls. I had to tell him what the web site says. He had no memory of speaking to me and really was lost. I have since called and found out that this is a roofing company that is trying to be plumbers. Simply the worst experience dealing and waiting and they never showed up.
