We are in our 3rd week of our plumbing issue not being completed. Two guys came out and only worked 8 1-2 hours in 3 days. Then they fired one guy and only sent the other one to continue digging ditch, etc. They called him on 2 emergency problems and we are still sitting here with a hugh ditch from the house to the road, temporary hooked up so we can use the bathroom, and one of the bathrooms will not go down correctly. We call to see when someone is going to come back out, no one will answer the phone. When anyone has showed up it is about noon. We have grandchildren and pets in our neighborhood. We have ribbon up to keep someone from walking near the ditch, but if a pet falls in it will probably kill them or injure them. The ditch is very deep. It is a muddy mess. My husband is disabled and is worrying himself to death over this thing not being completed. They told us originally it would take 6 hour to complete. What a joke! 3 weeks - come on! The other review is like ours when they tell you they are going to do something, good luck. It may or may not be done and if you call them they won't answer the phone. My next move may be to go to the place of business with a cop as a witness and see why they are ignoring me.

MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THEIR BBB STATUS! Currently a D- but I didnt know that when I called them! I wish I had! I had W.C. Waltman plumbing come out to fix a clog in my kitchen drain. I work offshore and they told me they would be there at 3:30 so I had my wife take off work to meet them since I had to go to work. They arrived at 6:30. Spent about an hour on the work and then told my wife that it is a temporary fix and that they would come back the following day with a quote to do the whole fix. Then they gave her a bill for $374.50! (For one hours work!) She didn't know any better and paid them! I called and left a voicemail asking for an explanation on such an outrageous bill. After two days of no return phone calls I called roto rooter and their estimate for snaking a drain (what was done my W.C. Waltman) was between $99-$150 and could go as high as $200 if it takes 2-3 hours or if they need any special equipment. I called Mr. Waltman again and left yet another message asking for a call back as I don't understand why his charges are almost double that of a competitor and that I have yet to receive an estimate. This weekend I received an email asking for me to refer him to my friends! Funny right! I called again Monday morning and once again, Voicemail. Then I called from my work number and wouldn't you know it, they answered in two rings! Once they realized who I was, they hung up on me. If you want to get ripped off, use W.C. Waltman.

I've never heard of this company before, yet they spammed my email asking for my review. So here goes. They may be very good at what they do but they have no idea how to market. I dislike spam So based on this alone I would not do business with them.
