Great company to deal with. It was time I needed to replace my older furnace and hot water heater. I received quotes from two other companies with comparable equipment. Walters and Hemming came in nearly $500 cheaper, answered all my questions and were very professional. The service was top notch. The entire project took less than 6 hours to swap out a furnace and water heater. I would definitely recommend them.

I tried out a company from those web company recommendation places like Angie's list etc. They dropped the ball and never called back after the initial call. No response to me leaving voicemails etc.

Then I call Walters & Hemming. I am so impressed with them!
Professional. Fast. Courteous. Skilled at what they do.
This is how a business should be ran. I will be recommending them for anyone needing Heating or A/C work.

Didn't get past the initial phone call. Rep said they don't do estimates or flat rates- that they charge an hourly rate starting from the time they leave their shop, and that he wouldn't be able to fit me in for over a month.

Air conditioning went out yesterday. We called late this morning and they were booked for the day, but said they should be able to work us in tomorrow. Something opened up, so Craig called and was able to come out and fix it on the spot. We called Walters & Hemming a few years ago for a heating issue which was also fixed promptly. They also charge reasonable prices. Don't hesitate to call these guys!!
