If I could give zero stars I would. Inspector was not knowledgeable and gave false information on report. Realtor actually paid for a second company to come inspect. Nightmare!! I don't recommend Walters at all for inspection services!!

after having an interview with 2 of there some what suprs....i was told they are going in another person becuase i used the a.......bomb ...good lord i thiught i was talking to 2 grow adult men.....guess i was wrong .they were 8 years old ...do sorry that i hurt your ears..

I have used Walters Environmental Services twice now in the past month. Both times I received professional service, and very polite, helpful drivers/operators that handled my requests. They were prompt to call me and let me know when they would be at my home, as well as the other property that I had them do work at. I would definitely recommend them for Perc testing and septic tank clean-out.

This company failed to look for roots as we requested two weeks ago--they only looked inside the building's waste pipes. They were out here twice and even having been specifically asked to look at our sewer lines for roots with a scope they did not do it. Then our exit pipes burst and soaked our office manager's office with waste water--due to roots in the sewer line. This was discovered when we sought a second opinion and the second opinion located the problem within 30 min. Walters had gone so far as to accuse my employees of malicious clogging of our own pipes! I would NEVER recommend this company. The owner was rude on the phone and told us to ""have a good day"" despite sewage being all over the inside of our office thanks to their ineptitude

Not sure what the other reviews were about. My experience was five stars. Extremely helpful finding the source of our septic issues.

Rude ignorant and not helpful .Driver was in a bad mood from the start and was cursing at me refused to do the job and said if i had a problem to call the f$#!ing office . I called the office and they refused to even talk to me . Have you ever heard of customer service people . Its the first time i have ever wanted to punch a repairman in the face .Call someone else if you have a tough job.
