Furnace stopped working so we called Walter's. Hours later, a highly competent technician, Doug, had the problem solved and heat back to our home. Doug was courteous, professional, and explained everything well. We have had Walter's do electric and heating for an addition to our home, a shed, and an office building. They are always responsive and a great value. I highly recommend Walter's!

wow. incredible service, kindness, and Joe has a great team. I had Walter's out for a boiler long-standing problem, fireplace issue, and assessed and helped with a significant basement drain and sump pump. All projects done timely, neat, and with quality.

When my central air quit working last summer, I called these guys. They actually came out the next day, found the problem right away, and had the unit up and running in less than an hour.

The technician was friendly and courteous, and actually removed his shoes to walk across my carpet to get to the furnace room.

On top of that, I found thier prices to be very reasonable as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Don't bother. They won't return your call, won't write down your information, and can't fix what they _do_ work on. The wife runs the office, and simply oversees a vast stack of paper work, all hand written, with no organization. I gave them my cell phone number, and they lost it several times, so they call the landline, and expect you to be home. But they won't leave messages on your machine!
