This is an emergency number for the development I live in. During an emergency they did not answer after attempting multiple times. On my last attempt the lady who answered was miserable and rude. She must hate her life. 10/10 do not recommend. After her stupid remarks I called somewhere more professional.

They did the installs in my subdivision, my main waterline came apart under the slab foundation. Built in 2018, they did not sleeve the main water line to the service and have multiple connections in the main line so now it will have to be replaced, it crosses over the main sewer line that it's not supposed to be with in 10ft of.
When I called the secretary was rude and no help. They do not follow code as My new plumber discovered yesterday. I am not sure how they passed inspection but I am contacting a lawyer today.

Dishonest. They sent out people to smell our water from our brand new water heater, they agreed it smelled bad and would put in an order - when I called to follow up I was told the workers said there was *not* a smell and they would not be following up. . The guy who called me was dismissive and blew me off. Someone was not being honest and the quality of the water coming out of the heater is unacceptable.

We are in a new home and Walter Hill Plumbing installed our toilets. We use the lavatory on the main floor quite often. We have had several instances of our toilet clogging.
Walter Hill has sent someone out to unclog and have replaced toilet with the same lower grade toilet.
It still continues to clog. We have requested an upgraded toilet and have been told they will no longer come out to our house unless we pay for a service call. Our home is under full warranty until June 2018.

They are claiming the problem is our fault, not the toilet. We have never had an issue with toilets clogging. I believe that a better toilet would not have the same problems. In the end, we will probably have to purchase a new toilet and pay someone to have it installed, definitely not Walter Hill Plumbing.
I would not recommend doing business with this company.
