I had to have a hot water heater replaced. The 2 men that came to my house were very kind and professional and the work was done in a speedy amount of time. But, when I was contacted by their
so-called represenative she was rude, loud and unprofessional. She then had the audacity to threaten me saying an attorney would be contacting me. All I did was ask her 1 question. Why do the nice, kind service technicians sometimes have these hostile and angry people working as part of their customer service. If you don't want to be a professional when dealing with the public then find another line of work.

Very poor customer service and scheduling is a nightmare. Technicians are great but the office staff is terrible. I do not recommend this company.

We needed to have our septic tank pumped immediately and didn't have to wait long. They're were here ASAP. Very professional, friendly and thorough. World highly recommend..
