Joe came to our home and installed a humidifier and also connected a gas line. He was a very friendly person and a pleasure to have worked with...but...We spoke to him about coming back when the stove top delivered to help install it when we talked about the cost he charged...and it was stated it was included. We have tried contacting him multiple times and haven't gotten a response. Now our calls are sent to voicemail. Finally, when it was connected without him, we were told there is a leak in what had been installed. We wanted to give him the opportunity to fix it but no one answers or calls back.

Update: no response still. We had two plumbers come out and couldn't believe this is how it was left. There was also no shut off valve installed on the same floor which was out of code. Surprised a licensed plumber would leave anyone in such circumstances, especially with a small child in the home.

$175 to come out and fix a minor gas leak. I thought it was a fair price. Joe is a good guy and competent. He also explained the electronic air filter and humidifier on my furnace for no extra charge (new house).

Recently moved into a new home and had some plumbing issues - worse was a leaking sink. Called Joe and was able to send him a few videos of the leak. He was able to come out that week and fix the issue. He was professional and efficient, reasonably priced as well. We will be calling him in the future, although I hope we have no more leaks.

I had scouted out 4 other plumbers before hiring Walsh & Son (Joe) for a leaking water heater project. It wasn't a small task, but Joe made it look easy! Joe replaced the water heater along with redoing the pipes, replaced the water expansion tank and pressure reducer valve. All under two hours!

I told Joe that we had an appraiser coming out that same day and he completed the work with just enough time for the appraiser to stop by and it worked out smoothly!

Joe is a one man team that is personable, reasonable and very good at what he does. I would highly recommend Joe for any plumbing tasks if you want things done right and fast! He's also reasonable with pricing compared to a lot of the larger plumbing shops. We've found ourselves a new ""go to"" plumber for any future work!

Joe went above and beyond when our tankless water heater broke. He came out right away, and quickly identified the issue. He came back the next day to install the part and our water issues were solved! The price was fair, and Joe was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great experience with Joe Walsh. Our hot water heater needed to be replaced and I turned to Yelp for help since my longtime plumber had retired. Joe responded to my request for a quote super fast. I wanted a certain size tank and he found it for me. Joe's price was very fair and he was able to get me on the schedule fast. He was willing to do the job same day but we agreed to do it today, after Christmas and the weekend. However, Joe called me on Christmas Eve to say that he had gotten the tank from his supplier so if disaster struck over the weekend, he could be at our house and help us asap. I thought that was above and beyond and was very impressed by the level of customer care! Fortunately we made it through the weekend fine. I really didn't want to bother Joe on a holiday. Now for the job itself: Joe arrived when he said he would, and his work was excellent. We also had a couple of other minor items that we added to the list for him to look at, which he did and knew exactly what to do. Overall great experience and we've found our new plumber. The other bonus is that Joe is an independent licensed professional as opposed to being part of a commercial org, so the level of attention is more personalized. Highly recommend!!!!
