Elena D.We have a contract with Home Serve for our HVAC. Our heating unit was scheduled to be serviced on October 27th between 12 noon and 4 pm. At 3:50 pm I received a call from Home Serve informing me that they would be at my residence in 20 minutes. I received a similar call at 3:00 pm.
I told the representative that I waited 4 hours (all afternoon) and could not wait any longer. I then called for another appointment. The person I spoke to pushed me back to the middle of December which was unacceptable. After I protested, I was given a more acceptable appointment. Therefore I am dissatisfied with the service given by Home Serve.

Rob S.Horrible contractor. Left me with a system that is not heating our home. Won't answer my phone calls or emails, except with flip responses like ""Good luck to you"" when I plead for him to come back and figure out what the issue is. Until I can afford someone else to come and fix this, I am heating our home with our oven and space heaters on very cold days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING THIS COMPANY.
Jim C.Our 20 year old central air conditioning went down this summer and I looked for a local repair company. I made an appointment online late Friday afternoon with Walsh Plumbing, and received a call back within minutes to confirm. My appointment was for the coming Monday but Jasen Walsh said he could come at 9:00 am on Saturday, the next day. I said sure! He showed up promptly at 9:00 am and diagnosed the central air conditioning unit. After a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong. He said it was just a tripped breaker, reset it, and didn't just leave, but stayed for a while testing the system to make sure the problem was solved and it now works perfectly. He charged me a very very fair amount.
This was the first time I used Jasen, but I will definitely call him the next time I need any plumbing, heating or cooling repair.
