Wally Blanton & Sewer is the worst plumbing company in the mid-west. They are scanners, they will come to your home to estimate, look at the job and tell you what needs to be done. However, when he goes outside to his van to write the estimate, they will change the work descriptions you discussed with him and write something completely different. and over charge you. When I called to let them know that my job was not complete, and they transferred me to the owner of company who was very rude to me on the phone. He doesn't know how to talk to customer at all. My recommendation to anyone who wants to use this company please make sure you read the work descriptions before you sign when he comes back from his van and ask you to sign. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ BEFORE YOU SIGN WHAT HE WROTE WHEN HE COMES BACK FROM HIS VAN. Because I trusted him, when he came back, I did NOT read what he wrote, and that was the mistake I made. Because he did not write what we talked about in the kitchen before he went outside to write the estimate. They only removed my old single handle facet in the kitchen and installed a new one for $800.00. DO NOT TRUST THIS WALLY BLANTON PLUMBING & SERVICE. THEY WILL SCAN YOU.

This is what happened to me in April 2024. Charge me $1750.00 to replace a one-piece drainpipe under my kitchen sink. They quoted my $2441 to cut pipes going down my basement and under the kitchen sink. We they came to complete the work they only had to cut the drainpipe under the kitchen sink but charged me $1750. When I called Debbie to ask for a price adjustment and a corrected invoice. She kept telling me to call back, so this went on for a week or two. She sounds sweet over the phone but when it comes to asking for a price adjustment, she turns into a different person. I asked for someone to call me regarding the large charge and the corrected invoice. No one never called. I'm sure people have friends that give them a good review, but you must learn about companies yourself. But GOD see everything a person does, we might not see it HE does. I am a child of GOD and he know that this company has done me wrong and I'm sure they have done someone else wrong. But when you do wrong GOD will take care of it! I hope they read this and make it right and send me a fair refund. I didn't proofread this but if I made any error excuse me. I'm disappointed.

Debbie who answers the phone has excellent customer service skills. The plumbers who arrived were not adept with communication at all. Either they mumbled, were sarcastic, or jumped to conclusions because I had questions.
The owner, Wally, is extremely rude!!! He called me and instantly started yelling at me and falsely accusing me of things I did not do.
He wouldn't listen to me speak. When I told him I'm a customer he yelled, ""you're not my customer"". Okay, I never will be again.
His guy refused my payment when they left. I had the credit card out and ready to pay. He left and said no, that's your free estimate, indicating that he suggested I replace my fairly new toilets because they are water savers and he thinks that's what's causing us to have to plunge so much.
The owner, Wally, who later called, accused me of refusing to pay. I DID NOT REFUSE TO PAY! His guy refused my payment. He totally railed on me about other things I did not do.
I will never utilize this company again or recommend them ever.

Was a life SAVER. Within ten minutes of reaching out to Angi's list for a plumber he was at our door with a crew and ready to get started. He helped us above and beyond with sewage line backup. So greatful and the cost was great while the quality of work was exceptional.

Wally Blanton and his Plumbing Company is absolutely FANTASTIC. I left an online message, through his website, ON SUNDAY about a sump pump issue. Within 10 minutes of posting it, I got a phone call from them asking what the problem was. After I told her, she scheduled me for Monday afternoon. Wally and 2 of his crew members were here right at the time I was told they would be here. They looked at the problem, and quickly solved it by doing their magic. I am TOTALLY impressed with BLANTON PLUMBING!! And, I highly recommend them! Dr. Steve Brown resident of Salem, Wisconsin.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Wally's Plumbing. When my basement started collecting water, I encountered a plumbing emergency. Wally's team responded promptly, with Wally himself arriving within 90 minutes on a Sunday.

The subsequent thorough investigation and swift resolution by the dedicated crew the following day were truly commendable. They left my house spotless and afforded me every comfort that the job they were doing was being done by experienced persons. The professionalism and efficiency displayed by Wally and his team were outstanding. I am grateful for the swift and effective resolution of the problem.

This wasn't a cheap fix but time is money and what needed to be done was done. I now have a solid six inch cleanout and piping from the entry to the main drain that are serviceable and readily accessible. Most of all it was completed in a timeframe that got them in and out in just 2-days.

Beware! Think twice before hiring them to do work. We had to have a main line replaced and with it being an evening when this all happened we called a local company with what seems to be good reviews to come the next day.
At first it was going to be an easy job. It as it always does- turned into more.
The price just kept going up- because they could. We were charged $3300 more in the end that were NOT aware of.
The tech was snippy, and unclear with the price. Highly misleading, pushy and they have done zero to make it right. Overpriced. you can find cheaper if you are not in a pinch.

I needed a new bathroom floor to put in I could not do it myself so I had to call up Willie the company they sent out two men the problem I have with the two men is one had dirty mudy shoes that did not consider taking them off and be more respect towards my house I had to vacuum constantly. They didn't have the right tools or the screws for the floor their judgment of cutting the floor to make it fit was totally off they had to do more work than they had to. I didn't like that again I could not have done what they did am I happy that they finished the job in two and a half days yes but I would not hire those two guys again you constantly would have to be on radar system they give you times to be there but they don't show up on time because the company they work for keep sending them on other errands for estimates so to finish the job at your place takes longer because they don't stick to one job they're constantly busy doing estimates that the company send them out to do which I feel it's wrong concentrate on one job and do it right and be on time. I call them back a couple times because one of the hoses on the toilet was leaking but it finally stopped but they never called me back to ask me how did the work go. This must be the American way of doing things which I do not like.. it's sort of like wham bam thank you ma'am give me the money in your job is done no matter how we dirty up your house be more considerate they even left glue on my new bad tub which I had to clean up and I thought the glue was going to leave a stain but it finally came off they did everything fast but did not do a quality job next time if I hire or call up this company I will specify who I want. Very disenchanted but my floors done and no more leaking que Sera Sera
