He just never lets you down. I have been working with Wally for the 5 years I've owned my home, and he shows up when you need him and his work is superb. Fixed my dishwasher pluming, fixed my sewage issues, and has rootered my old drainage pipes once a year. Hero. He is so good at his job, and he is just such a joy to chat with. Really big fan.

Wally is great. I had trouble finding a plumber I liked (prompt, courteous, transparent). I called Wally to clear a clog and ended up talking about bigger jobs. He helped us find a good solution for updating our water heater (that our old plumber poorly installed).

Incredible service. I had Wally out to my house to run a hydro jet on a stoppage in my kitchen. He and his team did excellent work and were very professional. He practiced Covid safety on the project and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him.

Wally is the best! He is trustworthy, professional, quick and does quality work. He always wears his mask and is in and out. We go to Wally for everything. We first met him when he got our kitchen sink running again. We originally asked our home warranty company for help. They sent out another business who claimed there were roots in our line (without any proof) and after ""trying"" to clear the line for less than five minutes, that business said we needed to pay $675 on the spot to hydroburst our line. Our kitchen sink was filled with water, but all the other drains in the house were fine. I told that company to take a walk and I found Wally on Yelp. He and his partner came right out, worked hard for one hour, cleared the line and charged the same as the basic home warranty service fee. He does not work with home warranty companies. I cancelled my home warranty after I found him. He is the only plumber we ever want to work with.

We have hired Wally twice and he is the best plumber I've ever worked with - highly skilled and experienced, honest, and reliable.

My friend recommended Wally and I called him for a quote on replacing a kitchen faucet and installing a bidet attachment. He was on time and friendly and showed me that the faucet I had bought would not fit with our windowsill and what I should look for, and that I could probably install the bidet attachment myself (which I did!).

I got the right kitchen faucet and again it was easy to schedule with Wally. He came by and fixed it. I like that he brings shoe covers with him so if you have a shoe-free house he can just slip them on over his shoes.

He recently came back during the pandemic to fix our toilet and troubleshoot a shower issue - he wore a face mask and shoe covers.

As with any contractor, I think you'll get more reliable service, and free quotes if they are local to your area. So, I highly recommend Wally Adams, and especially if you are in the Eagle Rock area, there's no reason to call anyone else.

He is the plumber you should go to, he is knowledgeable and honest.
