I reached out to William at Wall's Plumbing hoping for a price quote for a bathroom renovation for my parents house. William was quick to reply, professional on the phone and scheduled a visit to look at the job within a few days. He was honest, and provided a competitive price. William made some suggestions that worked well in our small space, his experience was noted and appreciated. His work is precise and we could not be happier. We are so pleased with the outcome of the bathroom project. We will be calling William back for our boiler service needs. I normally review restaurants on Yelp, but wanted to commend William and Wall's Plumbing & Heating Services on a job well done.

I had a 12-year old kitchen faucet that started leaking and bought a new one to replace it. Similar 2-hole style; base and side sprayer. Usually I would do these relatively simple tasks myself, but I had a busy work week.

I used Yelp to reach out to all the local services that had 4 stars or higher. William was quick to respond. A few text messages here and there, and we made an appointment for the next morning.

Now, I wasn't there at the time, but coming home I could see it was well done. My wife commented that they cleaned up after themselves and even put all the items we pulled out from under the sink back in. That's service!

Communications: 10/10 - Extremely fast to respond and kept me up-to-date while I was at work

Price: 8/10 - Competitively priced for the area. Replacement costs ranged from $165 - $300. Wall's was on the lower end of that scale.

Service 10/10 - Simply awesome!

I would highly recommend based on this experience and will look toward working with them again for future needs.

William did plumbing for my new house. I've experienced nothing but problems with the plumbing--leaks in the shower, tub and faucets. I had to hire a professional plumbing company to remedy these problems. Found out that he was using substandard parts. He also had me write checks to his name rather than the company name. He's a journeyman, not a master plumber, and for that reason he can't leave his helper alone in the house.

He was responsive and got the original job done quickly and clean. I don't usually do Yelp reviews, but a couple of things I didn't like:
1. His first reaction is to replace rather than repair.
2. He gave a labor rate, but did not explain that he would be bringing another person (x2).
3. When the job was complete I asked what I owed him. His response is that he'll email the bill later. The bill was on the high side so I view this as a passive way of dealing with presenting a bill to the customer. I prefer to know up front or see the bill as they leave.
3. He fixed an issue where the fix only lasted 3 weeks. His response to my email did not reflect good customer service. I would expect at the least something like ""I'm sorry to hear that issue is broken again. If you remember we discussed that there was a chance it would not work..."" Instead I just got - ""Unfortunately only way to resolve this is to open wall cut out part and replace with new"". Without looking at it! I expected him to say - let me come by and see if it was a faulty part or something like we discussed could happen. Besides the fact that I don't remember him saying that his fix might not work. He then explained that he was at a job in Boston and then on vacation. I waited at least 2 weeks before I emailed again. He then said he would look at his schedule over the next 2 weeks. That was 2 weeks ago. It's now been over a month without a commitment from him to even look at the issue again.
Shame on me for not asking more questions up front. But I expect transparency and didn't get it. 3 stars because I'm not a complete jerk, but thought others should hear my experience.

My wife and I just bought our new home and the gas water heater was 10 years old and needed replacement. William replied to me on the same day, asked a couple of questions, and gave me a reasonable quote. He showed up on time (he was in earlier than myself) with another friendly worker and started on it without my handholding at all (I was working from home and having a lot of meetings on that day, so that was very helpful to me). Not only was the water heater was installed and tested, William also did smaller things that absolutely earned my respect (patched chipped chimney during vent installation, leveled the ground for heater installation, and even organized a water hose getting in the way). Absolutely detail oriented and no corner cutting.

I have other projects in the new home and definitely look forward to continuing working with William and his crew.

I needed a plumber around January 1st and William was the only one I heard back from after calling almost 10 plumbers. He was able to come fix my problem before the next round of cold weather so we had a usable kitchen again! Pricing was good, will certainly be calling Wall's Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

While we didn't ultimately use William, simply due to scheduling issues, he was incredibly responsive to texts and calls. The time he took to assist us in defining the work we needed and walking us through what we needed was much appreciated.

I had an issue with my hot water heater and William was able to come solve the problem on short notice. He was at my house when he said he would be, very professional and affordable.
