On June 6th our a/c unit went out and we called our home warranty ( former I should say) and they sent out a rep from a company in Elk Grove CA which is 3 hours from us. After they came out, and gave us little confidence, we began the process through them and the warranty company. I called Wallner for a 2nd opinion the next day and they sent a gentleman right out. He agreed the unit was "" shot"", and 2 days later after being lied to and misled by the HVAC company and our warranty, we fired all of them and called Wallner. The old company told us it would be the end of July or early August, and when I called and brought Wallners onboard, they told us they could do it on July 9th. The process was so easy to go through with Wallner, and true to their word they showed up July 5th for the pre-inspection, then the 8th to remove the old unit and prep, and on July 9th w got our brand new unit onboard. We had to finance a portion of the cost, but Deanna, Glenn, Troy, Daniel and everyone else involved, you made this bad situation so much better than it could have been. We are EXTREMELY HAPPY with everything to do with this, so do yourself a favor and utilize this company. You will not be disappointed.

I don't usually post reviews on Yelp but in this case the service was so great I had to share.
Around mid-morning as the temperature started to approach triple digits (common in these parts) my wife and I noticed our central air was blowing warm air despite being set to ""Cool."" Folks who live around here know this is an unacceptable situation that demands IMMEDIATE attention. So, we called Wallner Plumbing, Heating and Air as they are who we trust for the yearly service of our home's heating and air unit.
The dispatcher who took our call understood our situation and said they'd have someone there ASAP. A few minutes later, Andy showed up at our door. He assessed the problem, determined it was a faulty capacitor and had it replaced and blowing cold air in no time. So, from phone call to resolution of problem? LESS THAN AN HOUR!!! In this day and age that is remarkable.

Oh, and the cost was VERY reasonable! Thank you, Andy! Thank you, Wallner!

We have been with this company for more than 30 years. Very reliable and staff are friendly. I called for summer service to our A/C and sent Justin who is professional and thorough. They always do great service. Highly recommend them.

Alex was able to come help the same day! What we thought was likely a simple leak from our main water turned into a much larger project for him but he stayed as long as he could and when encountering more and more issues due to crummy materials and work from a previous plumber, then came back early the next morning and completed the work plus fixed all extra problems he encountered.
He was thorough, friendly, and professional and I will use this company again in the future.

These guys are the best! An actual (nice, helpful) person always answers the phone. They will respond to an emergency ASAP. They explain everything. I've used them ever since we relocated after the Camp Fire and will continue to do so.

This is my second review of Wallner Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning.

This one is for my daughter's roof-mounted air-conditioning unit house. Today, I called Wallner and Sally(?) put me on hold for a few minutes, while she contacted one of their techs. She came back and told me they could be out from 10-1 on the same day. Wonderful, I said.

At around 9am I get a call, asking if they could come early, and I said ""sure"".

Darren showed up, checked out the thermostat in the house, first; then got up on the roof, and within a few minutes found the defective part. He quoted me a reasonable price, and after I agreed, he went to his truck and got the part, installed it, and started up the unit.

Very COOL!

Unlike some other competitors here in Redding, Wallner showed up the same day I called. And just as nice, they didn't try to upsell me an entirely new system (like others here in town have done). Wallner just comes out, fixes what's broken, and handles the entire process in good time, and they do so in a very professional manner.

By the way, the temperatures have been from 112 to 108 here lately, so I know that these guys are busy with a lot of calls. But, like the other times I've needed them, they came out in good time, and didn't attempt to rip me off.

I LOVE this company. I already reviewed them well last year when I had three different properties have A/C issues and they showed up within six hours and got them all FIXED. Just had another issue on a different property and got the same result. Andrew Wallner moved mountains to get there on the same day, got it fixed and did so at a reasonable cost. This company is THE BEST.

Had wall furnace in my home and it was 40 years old and gave up the ghost. I called several companies and got either no answer or was told they would have to install another type of system because ""they don't make wall furnaces anymore"". When I called Wallner I was very pleasantly surprised, the lady on the phone said she would have a technician call me back, she was very nice and professional but I was skeptical. A short time later the phone rang and I was told they would be right over. He showed up and checked my system and told me what I already suspected, the unit need replacing. He told me he was heading back to the office and would call me in the morning with an estimate. I got my call as promised and he told me he had call his distributors and the were out of stock on the unit I needed. I got a call from Patrick Wallner ( the owner) and he told me they found a unit and were having it shipped in. When the unit arrived the came to the house, removed the old unit, replaced it with a new updated wall furnace and had it up and running in 1 day! They were professional, curious, and when they left you would never know they had been there. I am so impressed with the level of service I received I will never use anyone else for my plumbing and heating needs!!
