Patrick has been part of the family business since 1986. Andrew has been with us since 1983. They both play key roles in the everyday operations of the business. Patrick oversees the company and its staff, while Andrew manages the field employees. Raised in the family business, Patrick and Andrew have devoted most of their adult lives to our company.

We have been with this company for more than 30 years. Very reliable and staff are friendly. I called for summer service to our A/C and sent Justin who is professional and thorough. They always do great service. Highly recommend them.

Alex was able to come help the same day! What we thought was likely a simple leak from our main water turned into a much larger project for him but he stayed as long as he could and when encountering more and more issues due to crummy materials and work from a previous plumber, then came back early the next morning and completed the work plus fixed all extra problems he encountered.
He was thorough, friendly, and professional and I will use this company again in the future.

These guys are the best! An actual (nice, helpful) person always answers the phone. They will respond to an emergency ASAP. They explain everything. I've used them ever since we relocated after the Camp Fire and will continue to do so.

This is my second review of Wallner Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning.
This one is for my daughter's roof-mounted air-conditioning unit house. Today, I called Wallner and Sally(?) put me on hold for a few minutes, while she contacted one of their techs. She came back and told me they could be out from 10-1 on the same day. Wonderful, I said.
At around 9am I get a call, asking if they could come early, and I said ""sure"".
Darren showed up, checked out the thermostat in the house, first; then got up on the roof, and within a few minutes found the defective part. He quoted me a reasonable price, and after I agreed, he went to his truck and got the part, installed it, and started up the unit.
Very COOL!
Unlike some other competitors here in Redding, Wallner showed up the same day I called. And just as nice, they didn't try to upsell me an entirely new system (like others here in town have done). Wallner just comes out, fixes what's broken, and handles the entire process in good time, and they do so in a very professional manner.
By the way, the temperatures have been from 112 to 108 here lately, so I know that these guys are busy with a lot of calls. But, like the other times I've needed them, they came out in good time, and didn't attempt to rip me off.

Excellent service. Highly recommended them. I had a big plumbing problem and called Wallner late in the morning and they were able to come out that afternoon and fix the problem.

I LOVE this company. I already reviewed them well last year when I had three different properties have A/C issues and they showed up within six hours and got them all FIXED. Just had another issue on a different property and got the same result. Andrew Wallner moved mountains to get there on the same day, got it fixed and did so at a reasonable cost. This company is THE BEST.

Great last minute service! My 2 go to plumbers had no time. We had no water, Wallners came in a hour! Thank you for making our day. Too expensive tho.

Had wall furnace in my home and it was 40 years old and gave up the ghost. I called several companies and got either no answer or was told they would have to install another type of system because ""they don't make wall furnaces anymore"". When I called Wallner I was very pleasantly surprised, the lady on the phone said she would have a technician call me back, she was very nice and professional but I was skeptical. A short time later the phone rang and I was told they would be right over. He showed up and checked my system and told me what I already suspected, the unit need replacing. He told me he was heading back to the office and would call me in the morning with an estimate. I got my call as promised and he told me he had call his distributors and the were out of stock on the unit I needed. I got a call from Patrick Wallner ( the owner) and he told me they found a unit and were having it shipped in. When the unit arrived the came to the house, removed the old unit, replaced it with a new updated wall furnace and had it up and running in 1 day! They were professional, curious, and when they left you would never know they had been there. I am so impressed with the level of service I received I will never use anyone else for my plumbing and heating needs!!

Charged my elderly mother to ""fix"" a leaking under her bathroom sink. Said it was the hot water supply line, replaced that and charged her. A few days later, the leak continued, called them back out. This time...they say it's the faucet and want $250 to replace it (and she had already purchased the faucet) as they say ""that's actually what's leaking"". I called the office to see if they would credit her something for the first service charge that fixed nothing...and the answer was NO. Calle Steve Beaton, don't call Wallners!
Update an hour later: still leaking! Calling them back again

Let me clarify... because today Nov 6th 2020, when Mr. Pat Wallner personally called me to threaten me with calling his lawyer for ""defamation"" regarding this post. This is NOT his equipment in the photo and no damage done by his crew. This image/review is only to show I HAD A MAJOR LEAK that his employee's couldn't find. The same leak his partner Andy finally found but never quoted. Mr. Wallner please don't insult my integrity!! This is why, I thought, I called a credible PLUMBER and IF you didn't want my business you could have advised me... when your man walked out of my house on the 28th of Oct!!! When I had my issue and someone else needed the business enough to resolve!!! Not on Nov 6th when you finally read my review and then you decide to honor me with a follow up call and tell me ""you wouldn't be doing my work because of the direction of plumbing and the addition to my home .... and you didn't appreciate my review"" ... First of all.. Let me remind you ""I was a REFERRAL"" you could have at least offered to repipe my home and fix the ""bad plumbing"" you complain of!! Oh and I also have NO addition to the home (ask the person that made the mistake of referring you) Best of Luck to you and your business!! and I look forward to speaking with your lawyer regarding my 1st Amendment right That's what these platforms are made for... My experience with your company!!
