Wallnerr comes through again. Plumber Daren Clay did service work on my HVAC unit yesterday: totally professional, knew what he was doing. Yearly service is done and we are ready for summer. Appointment was made and he was here within a few minutes of scheduled time. Good job!

Had these guys out. They don't warrantee anything they do, probably because they aren't very good at it. They snaked the pipe to the septic tank and 24 hours later toilet wasn't flushing. Quoted $110.00 charges $205.00. Won't come back to fix their work but quick to cash the check.

A handy man is good for certain projects around the house, but I prefer a reputable plumbing company, and Wallner is the only company I will use due to my satisfaction with their work, ethics, and integrity.

I recently met Shawn Mallett from Wallner Plumbing at a neighbors house to let him in to assess a problem our neighbor was having with a water heater. He quickly diagnosed the problem as dangerously excessive water pressure in the waterline causing the water heater to blow past the pressure relief valve. He went above and beyond and checked our system as well as several nearby neighbor's homes for excessive water pressure. All were found to have dangerously excessive water pressure due to faulty water pressure regulators installed in the 80's. Shawn replaced the regulator immediately, thus, avoiding serious and expensive damage that could have resulted to the interior of our home should this problem had not been identified. Thank you Shawn and Wallner Plumbing for your professional service and for preventing some serious damage to our home.

I like to think of myself as a DIYer but sometimes it gets me into trouble. I was installing a new vanity in the guest bathroom and it was going well until I had to hook up the new bowl and faucets. The connections were very tight and I ended up breaking one of the lines. There wasn't any water but my attempts to fix the problem got me into more trouble. I got myself in deep and I finally realized I had to call a professional. It was a weekend and I figured I wouldn't find a plumber on the weekend that didn't cost me a fortune.
I can happily report Wallner Plumbing was very responsive, quickly installed new lines, and did not cost me a fortune. They cleaned up when they were done and were very polite. I can't recommend them any better.
The next time my DIYing puts me in a plumbing problem, I will contact Wallner without reservation.

Highway robbery. AC broke down this morning. It took the tech less than thirty minutes to fix the problem with an inexpensive part for which he charged $309!!!!

Our relatively new water heater went out and Wallner had a tech at our house within an hour of our call to them. He did a diagnostic and told us what part needed to be replaced (the parts were under warranty, the labor was not). We ordered the part from the manufacturer and called Wallner when it came in a couple days later. They had the tech at our house within an hour of the call to replace the part, which fixed the water heater. The repair cost was very reasonable, and the service was great.
