Very impressive outfit. Called for a tune-up and orientation of the water softener in my new home. Easy appointment, was available the next day, and even called to see if he could come early (a plumber early?). Zach was great, answered all my questions and helped replace a filter. Request for quote: Showed up on time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable enough to give me a quote for installing gas to house & to multiple appliances throughout house in a matter of minutes. Took the time to explain what to expect for the entire installation process as well. Quote was reasonable to do entire job so I can plan my budget. It doesn't get any easier than that.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Wallin Plumbing. My first call with them was to replace the valves under the kitchen and bathroom sinks in preparation for a renovation. The 2nd call was for sink and faucet installation in the kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately I was missing a piece for installation and had to reschedule. On the final call my serviceman Shaun came and finished the installation of the sinks and faucets and line and flap replacement for the lavatory. Shaun was my requested serviceman for the 2nd and 3rd appointment based on his timely and professional 1st appointment. I found Wallin Plumbing when I went on the Nextdoor app and requested recommendations for a plumber. Almost everyone suggested Wallin Plumbing. It's easy to see why they came so highly recommended. It's refreshing to know if I have any future plumbing needs I have a wonderful, trustworthy, professional company I can call.

Be very careful! Their estimate was for $4,800 and the job actually is costing $800. We were told there was no gas line to our stove and that they would have to take it through the back yard to get it to the stove and add a bbq line. When I questioned the amount , they did not respond. The next company came in and found there was already a gas line to the stove, just the connector/spriget had been removed. $800 total.
Wallin was overcharging us by $4,000 because they couldn't see a gas line in th attic????

I left a message after hours last night, received a call this morning before their business hours. Was given a window between 11 am and 1 pm. Shawn arrived before 11, dealt with my problem while having to manage in a lot of water under my house. I am very pleased with him and the company. Thank you Wallin Plumbing for solving my problem. I will use again should the need arise. I highly recommend.

I just bought a house and have been dealing with a lot of contractors, etc. lately. It is amazing how many don't show up when they say they're going to. Wallin not only showed up exactly when they said they would, they were incredibly helpful explaining things to me and honest with what needed to be done vs. what could wait.
