i wish i could provide negative stars!! after waiting all winter to have our brand new air conditioner that was a nightmare to install from this company, they came out, turn it on, and blew out our entire hvac system. the heat, which was working yesterday, is now also gone!!!!

stay away from this company at all costs! they are beyond incompetent, and now we are out over $8500 and have no air conditioning or heat.

i will be contacting the bbb, and likely need to hire an attorney to get this resolved.

do not do business with walley's!!!

Called Wally in for a problem with our commercial boiler; one that HE installed 3 years ago. Himself and 2 others were unable to diagnose a simple check valve that had fallen off an expansion/blowdown tank! Had to hire Denron Hall to fix it properly. Didn't stop Wally from charging me though! and telling us we are blowing down the boiler incorrectly! OMG Wally, just take my money, buy a tank of gas for the boat and float off!

My circulator pump went for the main zone of my house. I put in a request for service and an estimate on their website, and was promptly called the next day at 8:45 AM. I received a reasonable quote within the hour and they had a service technician at my house by 3 PM that same day. Service technician was friendly, and got the work done expeditiously. I am so sick and tired of getting taken by the big name plumbing outfits that advertise heavy on TV. Walleys will definitely get all my plumbing business going forward. Highly recommended.

We had our central air conditioner replaced in June by very competent plumbers. We had our water heater replaced yesterday by another wonderful plumber named Rick( short for Richard) who was very caring about apparently a sediment problem that came up after the new water heater was installed and he came back and made sure everything was running perfectly. Great customer service! Michelle in the office is so pleasant and kind to deal with too.

We spent 4+ months deciding on who to replace our furnace, central ac, and tankless water heater. Walley's proposal was by far the most thorough. Their price was among the lowest. Their 5 year warranty on labor stood out vs 1 year for everyone else. They were not a high pressure sales-oriented team (particularly like 1 large company with lots of advertising). And above all, the quality of their communication and installation was first rate.

Another 5 star visit and interaction. Time and again, Walley's proves to be the best in town. Courteous staff, always tries to find a convenient time for you, no matter how busy they are. They adapt to circumstances and roll easy. Technicians are personable, on-time, fun to work with and quick to resolve or complete the work with a great deal of knowledge. It's real easy to do business with them. Prices are fair and reasonable, process is simple and responsiveness is great.

We had called in a panic as our one of our heat zones looked like it was starting to not function. Walley's sent our their representative Alex to come out and diagnose the issues. Alex was attentive, personable and professional and would have him and his team back at anytime. They found the issue, worked out a solution and had it fixed the same day. I would highly recommend Wally's and will be certain to use them again.

Update on my previous post. Walley's immediately reached out after my last post to both apologize and to see how they could help. Offering to send someone out first thing Monday morning. Fortunately I had someone coming out on Saturday. Then I got a phone call early Monday morning to make sure I was all set. While I was not satisfied when it happened they have reviewed their process and have made every attempt to rectify. It is appreciated.
