Jason came out to my house 2 years ago and added freon to my central air conditioning. This year, I noticed that the air conditioning was running almost constantly on the hottest days. Jason came back out and found a small leak in the condenser coil. He topped off the freon again and told me that it's time to consider replacing the 20 year old R22 system. He also told me that the pandemic has caused supply chain issues and getting new systems has been difficult. I did my own research and found out that he is correct. R22 is close to being phased out, so getting a new condenser coil is nearly impossible. R410a is the new freon standard, and replacing the entire system is the best option, but there's a waiting list for the most efficient systems. I definitely don't want to settle for a less efficient system that will be in service for the next 20 years, so I'll be working with J&S to order a complete system now and plan on having it installed in the fall or spring.

Jason told me to contact Laura at the J&S main office, and he gave me the required specifications of a new system so I could have an intelligent conversation with her about replacing my old system.

Both Jason and Laura were competent, helpful, informative and honest, and that's why I recommend J&S to my friends and neighbors.

We had funky old handles on our bathtub and after an attempt to change them myself, wound up having to call J&S. As always this company would notify you about half an hour before the plumbers would show up, and Tom and his helper (I'm sorry, I forgot his name!) were great. They worked extremely hard and their expertise really shone through. I'd recommend J&S to anybody who needs a good plumber! Their bill was quite reasonable and I'm thrilled to have a local plumbing company that we can count on to be honest and reliable!

J & S did the plumbing in the house I bought and all pipes leak. They came out to fix my blocked toilet since they had done the house. They carried out the toilet in one piece all the way outside so then the top to bottom piece leaked. They quoted me $89 and sent a bill for over $400 which included time for them drive all the way back into town for a toilet ring. The one guy (I won't call him a plumber because I doubt he is licensed) tried to tell my the toilet was clogged because the tank does not fill up very high. I was told by some they are the best in town. What a sham.

Most helpful. It's not easy getting an appointment immediately but they've called back within hours to let us know someone is on the way. The plumbers are super helpful and explain what the problem is and how they will fix it. I'm especially happy with how patient they have been with us considering we are elderly and my husband hard of hearing. Thumbs up

We had a terrible experience with LNM. We called them because our mini-splits seemed to have a leak of fluids and the company that installed them was not available to come and check on them. We should have asked, but they also should have told us that they charged $170 for a 15 minute service call where they basically told us what we already knew. Not only that, but they gave us misleading information about our system which was not even true. We called our dual split company-Senville and referred to the HVAC company who installed it (and fixed it for free) to confirm that they had given us incorrect info.
Then they sent me the invoice right before the holidays and charged a $15 late fee because I paid it a week late. I called and asked for the late fee to be removed and they did take that off, but we do not recommend.
I also want to note that we were impacted by the recent Calf Canyon Fire with parts of our property burning and were evacuated for 2 months. We are trying to recover financially like many in this area who suffered fire damage. The pricing on this service call felt tone deaf and somewhat exploitive given the disaster we so recently experienced.
