Joe was fantastic. My kitchen sink was backed up. He diagnosed the problem as tree roots, and used his root cutting machine down the clear out. He pulled out a giant glob of tree roots which were causing the backup. Then he tackled the master bathroom sink which was not draining. He diagnosed the trap as the problem because the pipes are 40 years old. He went to buy the correct pipes, came back, installed the pipes and solved the problem. He also looked at my 3 toilets, which are all 40 years old. After making sure they flush, he recommended new toilets, which I know we need. Once I am ready to remodel, Joe will be the first person I call!

Five stars. Thank you Joseph! I was in a panic when my shower wouldn't turn off yesterday. I called 3 plumbers and Joseph called back right away. Even though he had a packed day he was able to squeeze me in and I am glad he did. I bought a replacement shower fixture for $170.00 but Joseph said he could fix the problem with the right part. I will be calling Wallace & Wear from now on. He was friendly, fast & efficient. He charged a fair price for great service.

I highly recommend Wallace Plumbing! We had a pipe slowly leaking water right next to our house and I didn't know what it was. I called around to a few places and Joe was the only one who asked me to text him a few photos of the problem and then he gave me an idea of what might be happening over the phone. They came over first thing Saturday morning (I called them late Friday night) and they were the only company that didn't have ""emergency prices"" because it was a weekend. I felt the price was really fair and their work was done well. I enjoyed meeting both Joe and Gary and will definitely call them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

I just want to thank Wallace Plumbing for coming in and tackling the job. I spoke with Joe Thursday evening and he was here Friday morning to assess the problem. It took him about 15 minutes to figure out what it was and had it handled. My husband and I are renting a townhouse so we needed our landlord to come and give Wallace plumbing the A-OK to start. They returned on Saturday and took care of what needed to be done in a timely manner. Thank you again Gary and Joe you guys are awesome!! If I run into any more plumbing problems I will definitely call you guys in the future.

If you need a plumber I highly recommend Wallace Plumbing. Gary is the owner but I spoke to Joe on the phone. I told him our problems and he gave me a rough estimate over the phone. He spoke with confidence and was very friendly as opposed to the 2 other plumbers I called before. He also was available immediately. The next day Gary and Joe arrived on time. They surveyed my problem areas and gave me a very fair quote. They were quick yet diligent in every step. I liked that they were experienced and knowledgeable in all areas. I've tried so many plumbers and they were all just ok. I have been remodeling my bathroom and needed someone to install the new fixtures. I wanted to try someone else because the previous guy wasn't reliable. I looked for someone local in Costa Mesa to get quicker response times. The plumber from Wallace Plumbing was doing some work for my neighbor so I asked him to take a look at our bathroom. We ended up hiring him and he did an excellent job, always showed up on time and I didn't feel like i was overcharged. I highly recommend this plumber to anyone in the Orange county area.
