We discovered we had a cracked pipe that is attached to our water spicket in our patio. The pipe is located behind the brick. We hoped going to the exterior was going to be better as we did not want to cut a hole in the interior wall sheet rock located in a guest bedroom. My husband tried to fix the problem but due to the location to remove the pipe fitting, we just didn't have the tools. My husband contacted Wallace Plumbing on a Saturday and the response was very quick. We quickly got an appointment for Monday morning (1/9). Josh was the technician who came. He was very professional and after some determination he was able to get the pipe removed. I now have usage of my patio water spicket. The response of setting up an appt, the knowledge & professionalism of Josh and the charge was fair. We would use them again in the future. One small note and not a big issue, they do accept a check and credit cards. If use a credit card, there is a fee for that. It is a small fee, but maybe adding that to the info on the Yelp site will help future customers be prepared or opt to ask questions. Again, we are overall pleased with the service.

After having one plumbing company ghost me for 4hrs and others not being able to even assist during a plumbing emergency. Michael showed up from Wallace Plumbing right in morning and spent rest of day trying to get a parts all the way to Dallas so he could repair our faucet. We had been without water for 24hrs and due to his diligence and honestly, we got fair price and repairs completed quickly once he returned with parts. Great service and price!

They answered my text, came in less than an hour, did repair and were done. Charge was fair.

It's funny how their pricing is fluid, and much more expensive if they think they have you over a barrel. Very rude on the brief phone call then they insist on texting to communicate. Finally scheduled with them and they kept calling to reschedule. I'm not a particularly stupid person. I realize that happens because they had a job come up that's more lucrative. And, much more expensive than other plumbers in the area. I wish I'd had enough sense to look on yelp before googling.

Horrible people To do business with . Rude, late, make up all kinds of excuses, tried to charge 500$ to find a leak when I cut the Sheetrock back and showed them my self before they even came over Plus made an appointment and didn't show up bc he didn't have his tools supposedly
