Have had Mark , Jordan and Kyle all come out to mom's house for various reasons. I found all to be professional, knowledgeable, honest and personable. Their estimates are accurate and fair. Their work is exceptional. Kyle came promptly and was able to do various tasks all in the same day. He brought another associate with him who was helpful, friendly and courteous and I'm sorry that I've forgotten his name. We were relieved to have the work completed and are satisfied snd highly recommend Wallace Plumbing.

I called Wallace Plumbing to extend the drain line and P-trap so the drain hole for my new sink would match up with the P-trap. They said they would arrive Monday, Dec. 28th between 10am and noon. They arrived around 11:15am and Kyle got right to work. By about 11:35 Kyle was finished and had the work area all cleaned up. Kyle worked very quickly and I am very happy with his work and his explanation of what he had done. If I have any more plumbing work to be done or need a clogged drainpipe cleaned, I will most definitely call for Kyle and Wallace Plumbing.

We saw them next-door doing some repairs for our neighbors, so we ran out to meet them at their truck. We haven't even had them do any of our actual plumbing needs yet, but Jordan and Anthony were beyond helpful in educating us, and working with our schedule for future needs. They know the history of sewage lines in the surrounding cities, so they were able to coach us and talking about a few hypotheticals. They were great to talk to and we look forward to working with them!

Exceptional Service by Mark and Kyle, they installed a whole house water system, reverse osmosis which required Mark to drill a new hole in my quartz countertop to mount the faucet, a new kitchen faucet and replaced a leaking water line. They did an outstanding job on everything, I am very happy with the way it all came out and I will use them again in the future. Thank you Mark, Kyle and Jordan.

I have used Wallace plumbing for a couple of things in my home. One a non emergency. But the second was a stopped toilet that was coming up in the shower, bathtub(in other bathroom).
