My home is 50 years old and the copper piping has corroded and started to leak. I called Wallace Plumbing as they had installed a new water heater for me at a very reasonable price. Owner Mark, and two of his crew spent an hour testing, photographing, searching in the attic, checking pressure and leak monitors. The verdict: the entire water system needed to be repiped. I checked online and sure enough, copper piping starts to fail anytime after 50 years. Mark worked with my complicated schedule and exactly one week to the day of the discovered leak, the work was completed. That's amazing! My home was without water for less than 36 hours. The crew was friendly, accomodating and efficient. The icing on the cake is that Mark provides the drywall repair seamlessly. Most plumbers leave that task to the homeowner. Mark's crew was finished on Tuesday and his drywall guy began repairs on Wednesday. Wallace plumbing is a joy to work with!

2 times last 2 months for different services. 1st was for an interior bathroom leaking toilet base and 2nd were broken PVC irrigation pipes outdoors. Clearly both needed fixing asap and both were done within 24 hrs! Mark, the owner, was excellent and had the best plumbers come to the house. The costs were very reasonable. I would use them for any plumbing needs without hesitancy.

Mark and his very polite crew, (Manny and Alan) completed the repairs on that same date making sure that each repair was completed thoroughly.

Before leaving the job, Mark advised me that he stood by the work that was performed. That is just one of the many attributes of this company and their integrity.

I will be calling Wallace Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

DO NOT USE this company. I purchase a new water heater from them at almost $4,000 and I still have no hot water - they do not guarantee their work .. they will not respond to my call to fix the issue.

Can't say enough about the SERVICE, SPEED and QUALITY of work performed by Mark and his team at Wallace Plumbing! Our water heater had sprung a leak and left a large puddle of water in the garage. Called Wallace Plumbing and they showed up within a half hour! Replaced our old water heater same day and took away the old one. Taught us how to drain it once a year and showed us the ins and outs of maintenance. Same day and service with a smile. Would definitely use them again! Thanks Mark & team! 5+ stars!
