A ""can't do"" enterprise.

The need was to replace a broken sink sprayer. Reviewed the options with the Wallace plumber. ""Can't replace--doesn't fit the pipe."" Adapter? ""Can't. Don't have one."" Different sprayer? ""It will take 3-4 days."" Cap the hose pending the new sprayer, so sink will work? ""Can't--don't have a cap that small."" Etc., etc.

Should have been a $50 job, but urgent need for a functioning sink led me to be talked into a $340 new faucet. I wouldn't trust these people.

Above and beyond. Pete is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He is honest and attentive.
My main water line from the meter on the street was leaking. He came out, took a look at it, diagnosed some other problems as well and gave me a fair bid. I had already called several plumbers for quotes so I had to get back to him. Once I realized he was the most upright I gave him a call. he was back at my house within 30 minutes to complete a temporary fix so that I could finish dishes, laundry and bathing my kiddos before bed.
He arrived early to completely replace the area in need. His helper and he were very kind and quiet. Like ninjas...they got the job done.

I really can't give a review of their work because I never received a return phone call after leaving a detailed message 2 days ago about my clogged toilet. I since found another local plumber to fix the problem.

Pete has helped us with several issues including replacing shower fixtures and a roman bathtub fixture set that was a bit tricky (we had other plumbers look at it and balk at some issues). He also fixed a water filter and put in a new laundry fixture box. Pete and his team were very professional and super helpful getting our new house up to speed. So thankful we found him!

I was going to give Wallace Plumbing 5 stars but he has disappointed me for the past 3 weeks. His first job with us was great. But when I requested for him to come out to connect my outdoor kitchen to the water line, he never showed up. Didn't even bother to return my phone calls or texts. Every week for the past 3 weeks I call him and still no response as of today. Very frustrated and can never count on him again. Unreliable!!!!! Left us hanging! I will search for a better company. A company that has better communication skills, a company that will respect my time.

Trust worthy. I'm a small business owner and needed to get to the bottom of a leak quickly before it created any issues. He was out the next morning. The problem seemed to come from inside a wall, however, he didn't jump the gun to cut into my walls before spending time really checking other sources. Come to find out, the problem didn't originate in my suite but in the suite next door. Had he reacted too quickly, I would have been left with a mess. He was able to fix the problem for our neighbors fairly quickly. Thanks Pete and Zack!

Pete Wallace was quick to respond when I called for a leak that was coming out of the side of my house. He was able to stop by that afternoon and within 30 minutes was able to locate and isolate the leak. I was able to schedule a repair the next morning, which was completed quickly and priced fairly.

I have a manufactured home in Carlsbad and the water bill had gone up 200 + per month so, I call Wallace Plumbing. He found the leak with in minutes and went to work fixing it . It wasn't in a easy spot either. I was surprised how fast and inexpensive it was to have it fixed. It was fixed in less than 2 hours and he was very enjoyable to deal with. I will use Wallace again for all my pluming needs.

Pete has been our plumber for over ten years. He is fast to respond, on time and quickly solves the problem. We recently had a water leak that we discovered when our water bill more than doubled. Pete was able to quickly isolate the problem (sprinkler valves) and recommend a solution for our landscapers.

We recently had Pete replace our toilet wax rings, washer hoses, toilet hoses and hose bibs and faucet washers. He worked quickly, kept the area clean and did a great job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Wallace Plumbing for any plumbing installation or problem solving.

We called Pete to get a water softener installed. We knew which water softener we wanted and appreciated he didn't try to convince us to get anything else like some others did.

He promptly came to our house and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He did a great installation and we are very happy with our new soft water.
