I have used David Wallace for a variety of plumbing jobs. Most recently, he installed two direct-vent gas heaters in my home. He responded immediately to my call, was polite, friendly, accommodating, and really smart! He is a natural with his hands, and most important, he uses his head too! I will continue to use him and recommend him to all my friends.

I needed to get a new toilet installed and saw all the great reviews that Wallace Plumbing got so I gave them a call. David was really pleasant over the phone and reworked his schedule to accommodate my schedule. When he arrived to our Asian household he even asked if we wanted him to put on shoe covers... so great! Anyway, he prepped for the toilet and when he was ready to put the new toilet on, we found out that the toilet I had bought was cracked! No problem though because David waited for me to get another one at Lowe's without charging me extra! After he got the toilet on, he triple and quadruple checked his work to make sure it was all good.

This guy is the real deal. He prides himself on his work and charging a fair price.

He's definitely going on my speed dial.

Update on 11/27/2017: David came over today to fix a problem with our gas range. He researched the problem in advance so he was prepared and then he found the problem and fixed it all in 10 minutes, total. He also offered to take a look at a recent repair on my toilet that another plumber had made when David wasn't available, to make sure it was done correctly. Once again, I found him to be smart, reliable, reasonably priced, and very good at figuring things out (and explaining them). I highly recommend him.

I don't write Yelp reviews very often, but I've hired Dave of Wallace Plumbing several times and think he really deserves my taking the time to give a review. Dave is friendly guy and a great plumber. I have called him at least 5 times for three different properties (two houses and a condo). He always responds super promptly, which as you know is very helpful when there's a plumbing emergency! He has fixed drains, leaks, water pressure problems, and even properly re-installed a toilet that had been installed wrong by another plumber. He will point out something that might need work in the future but his philosophy is ""if it ain't broke, don't fix it"" and he doesn't try to gouge you by having him fix something now that doesn't need it yet. He's very honest, and will tell you if it's something he doesn't think he can fix because it requires a big crew or equipment he doesn't have. He's very generous with his time and advice: In one instance, we had a water heater that was leaking and the company rep came and ""diagnosed"" the problem as something very complicated. I consulted Dave by phone, sent him photos, he consulted with a friend who is an expert in water heaters, and they diagnosed the problem correctly. He did this as a favor, to keep me from going down the rabbit hole with the water heater company. Anyway, I highly recommend him.

He's honest and highly knowledgeable & very reasonable for the quality work Dave provides. Any time anyone ask us to recommend a plumber we always say ""Wallace plumbing is the one to call"".

David is just wonderful. He is professional and honest. He worked really hard on a problem that I'm sure most would have said was a lost cause. He was able to come by really quickly- only an hour and half after I called him! He explained the problem as he found it and again once he fixed it. Definitely call David when you have any plumbing issues!!!

When you have a plumbing issue, you need it fixed fast. I left a message and David texted me back within minutes to say he would call me in 10 minutes. And he did. He was able to fit us in within hours and when he arrived he was friendly, and very efficient. He fixed our clogged drain quickly and even took the time to suggest ways to avoid other issues in the future. Highly recommend!

David is great! Very friendly and knowledgable. He fixed the issue I was having with my shower/tub quickly and did a very thorough job. He explained exactly what was going on and what he was doing which I appreciated. He also showed up right on time and was easy to communicate with over the phone. He's British too - which I appreciated, being a Brit myself :) Nice to find a good British plumber. I will call him again next time I have a plumbing issue and so should you! Thanks David!!
