David is fantastic. We had called him to check on a leak with our dishwasher. Turns out the drain hose had clogged up from regular use.

David took the time to go above and beyond and showed me what tools I need to use to clear this out in the future.

I called. Nobody picked up. I left a message stating exactly what I needed and my name and phone number. Initially I was disappointed as David didn't respond, but I have to say that he did respond with sincere apologies for not getting back right away. In addition, David used pictures that I took to assess the needed work. He made additional calls to me to provide suggestions guiding my faucet purchase to ensure the success of the project.
So, at this time, I am quite happy with the service David has provided thus far without any charges to me. Based on the sincerity of his apology, his clear communications, and his willingness to take the time to discuss the project with me, and that he clearly seems to know what he is talking about, I will be happily using his services.
