Poor- no- terrible communication. I waited around all day for him to show up after he pushed our original time from 1 to 2:30. I specified that I was not able to stay too much later than 4. Ended up receiving radio silence the rest of the evening. Had to cancel plans because I needed the work done. And he never showed up! No apology, no clarification, no communication It was already overpriced for the services in my opinion, but this was just unprofessional.

But a good story is one that ends well. Couple days later a Good Samaritan offered to help me out for free. So cheers to a bullet dodged!

Installed some railings on steps for my elderly father. Did a fantastic job! Really nice guy, punctual, and a great attention to detail. Will absolutely use him again!
