As an employee of property management, we often need plumbing repairs/ trouble shooting asap. The team at Sierra Plumbing has truly been great to us. They always make themselves available when we have urgent issues, even when it's not urgent it's usually same day service and communication is excellent with both us and our tenants. They are knowledgeable and involve us in the process which we can always appreciate. The office staff is just as great as the guys on the job, always friendly and keep us in the loop. Very happy with the promptness and professionalism of this company. We needed to address tenant reported problems at our property in Sonora and it is often difficult to locate and rely on service providers from a distance. They promptly scheduled the onsite inspection and the technician arrived when promised. The staff is friendly and the repairs were completed during the initial service call.

Very disappointed with Sierra Plumbing. We had a bad leak in our guest house which flooded the floor. We called sierra plumbing and they came out and said it was not a plumbing leak but the roof was leaking. We turned off all the water going into the house and the leak stopped. We turned the water back on and the leak started again. They charged us $177.00 for doing NOTHING. We called another plumbing company and they found the leak in the pipe right away and fixed it. I cannot recommend sierra plumbing at all they obviously they do not know how to fix a leak and then charge you for doing nothing.

Soooo to continue. I personally troubleshoot the so-called cracked pipe. I cut a piece of the 1 1/2 drain so I could get a direct shot. I ran the proper sized snake and hit the stoppage. I took a metal tool (like a rod) and place into the pipe. I was sure I found the plumbers bit jammed into the pipe. I took a chance and hammered on the rod ... low and behold it broke free and fell into the main line. There is a check-valve just outside the home, which you can see the flow of sewage and an entry point fo run a 3"" rooter. A toilet was flushed with some toilet paper so i could see if [their] bit would show up. I think it may have gone through before I could get back to observe. However; the mainline and the 1 1/2 line flowed freely. There was no crack in the pipe. Walker's plumber somehow jammed the bit on some roots and it broke off. Shows me that they must not take good care of their equipment.

Having cleared the pipe, I called Walker's to tell them what I had to do. I told them that owe my friend a refund for the hours wasted by their plumber tor hours she was charged. SHe has not seen any money returned; not even an apology. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ... THEY ARE IN IT FOR THE MONEY WHETHER THEY DO THE JOB OR NOT!

My house flooded 2 days before Christmas. Water running out of all of the light fixtures downstairs. It was a disaster and I was in a panic. I called plumbers around my area and couldn't get any out quick enough. I found Sierra Plumbings info and gave them a call. Rob was very polite on the phone and told me ""don't worry we'll find the problem am get it fixed"" He was at my house in an hour and 1/2. He identified the problem. A cracked valve, in the tank of the toilet.
Rob and Brett came back took care of the problem! They finished the job installing all the new toilets, vanities, faucets and a new tankless water heater and I couldn't have been any happier! They were there when they said they would be and completed what they said would be completed. My nightmare turned positive, with the help of these guys!
Thank you Robert, Debra and Brett Walker! You all are my heroes

Our go-to company for anything that falls within their scope. We've used them a few times already: a pipe repair, some proactive fitting replacements at a new house, installation of a dishwasher. When water started dripping from the ceiling of our workshop, we called Brett Walker. He showed up within minutes, not hours. He identified the problem quickly, fixed it promptly and was done within an hour. We lived in the Bay Area most of our lives and never received such prompt and professional service! When we got the bill, it was another pleasant surprise. . .very reasonable!
We have since hired Brett for other projects and don't hesitate to recommend him to our friends. He and his team are a real find!

If it was possible we'd give Brett at Sierra Plumbing 10 Stars! Our story: we're new in Sonora, living in a 1940's farm house. The small crawl space underneith had a maze of mostly non-working pipes, pumps and fixtures. Brett calmly advised that he'd figure it out. Then cleared out all the old, organized/installed new piping and mapped in/outs with arrows for us. He did this all quickly, professionally, in record time and at a very fair price. We will continue to highly recommend Sierra Plumbing.
