This used to be a good company. Sometime in the last couple of years the staff changed and their customer service went downhill. Three times. They said they would come to the house and three times they never showed up. When I called and asked why nobody showed up they said you're not on the schedule and I asked really because you called me twice this week to confirm I would be home. They don't return phone calls. I kept being told the scheduler will call you back before the end of the week they didn't. I called back and was told the scheduler will call you before the end of the day. They didn't call back. I called again the scheduler will call you when they get back from lunch they didn't. Don't waste your time, there are other companies out there that really want your business

I don't know what happened to this once great company but it has hit bottom. Matthew came out to quote a swap cooler install and I never heard from him again. I called the office for several weeks and was promised every time that I would hear back but never did. Matthew, It would be a lot better for you to admit to your customers that you don't want to do the job or can't do the job. It's just a common courtesy so that you don't waste our time. Very unprofessional.

He obviously knows what he's doing. This company seems to care about it's customers, they don't leave you hanging, they respond whether or not they can help. But most likely they can. The water was very hard here & some of the sinks & water valves had build up / leaking. The A/C unit wasn't putting out much air flow. I called Walker River Mechanical & Matt came over with some ideas. His team replaced the sinks, repaired the leaks, installed a soft water treatment with R/O water to the sink & fridge. The A/C unit had a leak on the main unit - sealed & everything is wonderful. The team was professional / cleaned up their mess & they stand by the work provided. I can't thank them enough so I wanted to tell everyone here.

I made a appt with them. I made it very clear it would take me 1 and 1/2 hours to get to the property where i needed them. I told them please if you can't make it let me know so i don't drive 3 hours round trip. I drive out there, they called after my appt time and said they can't make it today. Really? I was very upset..

This company is the best . Bought a house in Oct. Needed several large projects done. Matt came and gave me an estimate several thousand dollars less than the next two estimates I received. Scheduled the project and was prompt on completion. Fantastic work crew, respectful, clean up after . Can't say enough . Very highly recommend.

Walker River Mechanical is fantastic. I have a home service warranty through American Home Shield and usually for emergencies it takes days for a company to get to my house. However, Walker River Mechanical was on the scene in less than an hour and a half. Justin was very friendly, professional, and methodical. He had the job done in very short order and we had hot water again!
