Used walker plumbing company for 2 years now. Recently, we had septic and drain issues from the main house. Jeremy came and detected it was our septic. He didn't charge us even he spent hours to detect the problem. He referred us to septic guy and replaced a new pump. Jeremy is a very respectful and hardworking dude! I'm glad I've saved their contact # from last year. We won't hesitate to call Walker for help. I hope no more issues though! I referred this company to our neighbors and friends. Thank y'all.

Excellent service staff, excellent reputation, excellent office staff. I have used them on two repairs and everything worked out very well for me. Even Francie at the office was very caring and worked with me closely. Also, if you have plumbing work done, it is always best to have an insured company do the work, especially with gas or electric work. You won't be sorry by calling Walker Plumbing!

Walker plumbing has been my go to option since I moved to Georgetown in the late 90s. They know what they are doing. They are responsive, patient, and don't recommend unnecessary work to increase your final bill. They are no longer the best kept secret in town.

The Walker Plumbing team is awesome. We had several things in the house that needed attention (low water pressure, change our faucets, etc) but we also had a pressing issue. Our guest bath toilet stopped filling with water and we had a family member coming to our house the following day as they recovered from surgery. We scheduled the non pressing items to a future week but they showed up later the same afternoon to check on the toilet to make sure it would be ready for our family member. It was a super quick fix and they didn't even charge us for that first visit because it was literally changing a switch out. I would recommend them to anyone and would absolutely use them again if we needed a plumber.

We just moved to Georgetown a few weeks ago and our hot water heater stopped heating. Our house came with a home warranty who only gave us delays and run arounds for five days so we asked neighbors and they recommended Walker Plumbing. After calling Walker and explaining our predicament, they had Payton at our place in two hours and had our water heater up and running in ten minutes with an adjustment. VERY HONEST, CONSIDERATE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. We will always call them in the future. Love doing business with local family owned businesses and they are great.

Unreliable!! Contacted Walker Plumbing through their on line contact form on Monday, and at the end of the week I have yet to hear from them. Must be too busy to respond. That's what happens when you try to hire someone locally.
