Called this company because of rave reviews from neighbors for garbage disposal replacement. Builder grade disposal experienced some kind of issue at least every year that required a servicing beyond a reset button. We don't stress the disposal with bones or other hard objects so no reason for it to have chronic issues.
This company provided excellent service from the friendly and efficient person who answered the phone up to the service technician. Got an appointment at a convenient time that worked for our schedule. Prices quoted were what we were charged. Prices were reasonable based on other local businesses for the same service call and equipment. Tech quickly assessed the issue and as we expected a new disposal was needed.

If I could give these folks more stars I most certainly would! Our hot water heater went out yesterday morning, I called Walker and Francine told me they had a full roster and didn't think they could do it the same day but they would certainly get by on Saturday to do the job. I completely understood that and was glad to wait until Saturday. However, Francine called yesterday afternoon and asked if they could come by in 30 minutes to do the job. Of course we said YES. They came on time and had the hot water heater installed in well under an hour. Amazing! We are so appreciative of their hard work, professionalism and great efficiency. These guys are the real deal and the absolute best plumbing company in Georgetown!

I had these guys come to my house on two different occasions and both times they never got back to me with repair costs or to follow up. I think customer service is very important these days and I don't feel as if I ever got that, if they didn't want my job, they should of just said so.
