A HUGE thank you to Walker Plumbing for rescuing me from a horrific situation, 18 days without hot water. Joe was knowledgeable, professional and kind. I am over the moon at the amazing job he did and for stepping in when the previous plumber not only had no clue, but lied, took my money and left things a mess and not to mention came to work drinking alcohol at 9:00 am. That would explain him leaving, not returning, saying he fell asleep and making excuses over several days.
Warning really look at their license because hiring an unlicensed plumber (prev. plumber) may void the warranty of your brand new unit. Yikes!
Much gratitude to Hilary for getting me in so quickly and to Joe for hooking up my on demand unit and getting me up an running!

I was trying to get a pressure value and new shut off put in on my mom's home. The woman that answered was very pleasant and listened to me well. We arranged for them to come out the next week. They came out and gave us a reasonable bid and again were very pleasant on the phone and in person. I would recommend this plumbing company.

My hot water heater went out the night before Thanksgiving. I call at 4pm, their supplier was not open so they had to drive to multiple stores in order to find the unit, by 7pm I had a new unit installed. Very professional and respectable of our high risk household during COVID.

Hi all,

I think it is very important for the public to know. In conversation with Robert Walker (owner) this morning regarding a bill. He decided to call me a CUNT. I have decided to take legal actions and report him to the better business bureau as well. Secondly, when I asked for a physical address to send payment, they could not provide me with one.

First time out, his crew could not find a leak anywhere. ServicePro
found it within minutes which are not even plumbers. I find that to be odd and charged me a fee.

Prompt, fast and friendly. Excellent service and I'll definitely use them again in the future. They also had the best price on replacing the garbage disposal. Some of the other quotes were almost double for the same half horsepower disposal system.

I needed work done on my house and called for an estimate from another plumber and they wanted $1,400 to do the job. I also called Walker Plumbing their estimate $300 - $500 so of course I went with Walker. When the job was done Walker actually charged me $189 for the work. Walker came in under their estimate! This is actually the second job I've had them do and now I have found my permanent plumber choice. He and his nephew did the needed work and made sure everything was clean afterwards. I also asked him about work the other plumber said needed to be done and he totally disagreed and that it was not necessary. The plumber for Walker is a master plumber and knows what he is talking about. How often do you meet a business that does not try to sell you unnecessary work?

Great work, Walker Plumbing came in and took over for a previous plumber without missing a beat. They got the warranty info, had a new water heater out to my home in hours and installed and working soon after. Reasonable rates, competent and friendly as well.
