My water bill was close to $300 and I have been receiving emails from the city that my water is running constantly. I have not been able to locate the leak so I called Walker to investigate. The walk through was listening for water and looking for wet spots (all which I had already done). I asked about my water softener and the plumber said it's making noise because of the timer. He didn't even look at it. I asked if it could be my pool or my automatic filler. He said the automatic filler was running so it must not be able to shut off because it's clogged. He said he fixed the issue and that should do it (my pool guy came out a week prior and unclogged my filler so I'm doubtful this was the issue). I asked if it was the filler wouldn't my pool be over flowing or if there was a leak where was the water going then? He said I don't know and I guess we'll find out on your next water bill. I then asked him to look at leaks under my sink that were minimal but wanted addressed nonetheless. After looking under the sink he never identified the problem and offered no solutions. In fact he told me ""it's not a big deal"". I then proceeded to be handed a bill to sign for over $225 for the fix of my auto filler that was ""apparently the problem"". Guess who is still getting emails from the city? Yeah didn't fix it and didn't even truly investigate, and honestly didn't take my concern's seriously or professionally. There also was no transparency in pricing and received my bill after he ""fixed"" the issue. I called the office to politely convey my concerns and to ask for help because I still have a leak. Not once did I even ask for my money back. I just need help. The woman was very pleasant but fast forward to next week and I still have not received a call back. I understand that diagnosing an issue can take time and may not always be right first time, but I do not feel an effort was made at all and that I paid for a plumber to drive out and tell me ""I guess we will find out on your next bill"" and that ""it's not a big deal"".

What a great experience from the call to schedule service through to the service being completed. The scheduler, Kelsey, was thorough, courteous and professional. The service techs showed up on time and were quick to diagnose the problem. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite and explained everything. I was pleasantly surprised to know companies like this still existed! I HIGHLY recommend Walker Plumbing & HVAC!

Highly recommend Walker Plumbing . We had a difficult problem which other plumbing professionals were unable to resolve-multiple ""opinions/fixes"" by others which were unsuccessful .Jody was the plumber assigned to our job. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and persistent to ""get to the bottom"" of our issue. As this was a challenging problem, he reached out to colleagues to get other opinions and solved the issue. Fees were reasonable - once again-Jody and Walker plumbing exceeded expectations -would highly recommend-!

Jody Grafft did a wonderful job finding the water leak in a wall that was shared by my laundry room and pantry. He also changed the valves that connected my washing machine to water, as the old valves were corroded and impossible to turn off. I really appreciate the great work of Jody Grafft.

The absolute and only HVAC company I would recommend in the valley. I called them Saturday morning at 9 AM and had a technician at my door at 11 AM and was cooling by noon! I have been high grossed by plenty of other HVAC companies in the valley that seem very secretive and do not explain the repairs thoroughly. My technician Adam Went over every aspect of my system in detail. Explained to me the parts that they check. At no point did I ever feel like he was misleading me or trying to sell me something I did not need. Was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away! We are back to cooling! Highly, highly recommend this company.

Love to start by saying they don't even deserve a one star...

My neighbor below me (I live in condos) has been having leaks in her garage every time I take a bath so we called this company in hopes of fixing the problem. Well they didn't and they came out 4 separate times to ""fix"" the leak that should have been fixed the first time. The plumber stated to me well ""shit happens"" after I told him about my disappointment with the service we have been getting. He kept coming up with things ""it can possibly be"". I will be contacting the company in the AM for a full refund of service they didn't know how to provide. Shame on you for sending people that have zero knowledge in plumbing and fixing leaks.

Do not call this place if you care to have your problems fixed.. this caused me more of a headache then the leak itself

Our AC stopped working in the heat of the summer! I called Walker plumbing and HVAC they were able to send technicians out right away. Everyone was courteous and helpful. They explained the problem and process each step of the way. We were able to get our AC back up and running the same day.

Jody arrived sooner than anticipated and was clean, personable and very knowledgeable.
Our repair was completed at a very fair price.

CALL and get a PRICE BEFORE they show up. I was charged $345 for 15 minutes of work. DISGUSTING!!!!!!! Plumber was a nice guy. BUT! This is insane. Call anyone else. ROBBERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The better business bureau needs to know about these people.

It is rare that I submit reviews, for life is always super busy and there is never enough time it the day to take time out and actually write one. However, my experience today with Walker Plumbing was so exceptional, I simply had to sit down to write this. My gas direct vent hot water had been extremely resilient - lasting nearly 17 years - but it was finally time to be replaced. Long story short, I decided to replace my failing unit with a tankless water heater for overall product quality, a superior warranty, product life, energy efficiency, and overall environmental sustainability. Not knowing who to call, I first reached out to numerous contractors that I researched online. Thank goodness a friend reached out and suggested Walker Plumbing. My only regret is that I did not start my search with them, as I would have saved a good 10 hours researching and finding the right company for the job. I obviously ended up choosing Walker Plumbing and it was by far the best decision. They were super responsive, extremely reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. For the purchase and installation of the exact same unit, other companies were quoting higher prices, some almost twice the price; and many were not nearly as professional as the team at Walker Plumbing. If you have a plumbing job that needs to be done, trust me and make Walker Plumbing your very first call; you will save so much time in your search for a reliable, honest, professional service organization that will provide quality work and will not rip you off. Today, they most definitely gained a customer for life and I will be referring family, friends, and coworkers alike to Walker Plumbing!
