My water heater replacement service was good. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. Prices are high, but the replacement water heater was professional grade with a 10-year warranty on parts, tank and labor, and included yearly drain/flushes for 5 years and anode replacement in 3 years. Yes, I paid more, but got it done quickly and also got a better product/warranty than I could get at a big box store.

I have had this company come to my house previously not realizing it was the same company. They are very professional and their employees seem very knowledgeable!
My complaint is they are obviously trained to upcharge for any and every thing! I was told the call out would be $79.00 - what I wasn't told is when the technician opens his tool bag it's an additional $100. So to unscrew a cover on my water softer was $100. Of course the technician proceeded to try and sell me a whole new unit for $2300.00. The part I needed to FIX my water softner I was able to obtain for $159.00. This company could not obtain the part for me.
Next I had him check my IO system and again it would have been over 1k for a NEW system. I replaced it myself for $250.00.
Im a senior on a fixed income and I was actually in tears after the guy left my house because I couldn't afford any of what he was telling he were my options.
Im thankful I'm self reliant enough to move on and just handle it myself!
What I'm saying is if you want to spend the absolute MOST you can and you have the means to do so, call Walker Plumbing because they will fit that bill hook, line and sinker! I realized after the guy was here this it was the same company I had come previously for another issue that the guy also tried the upsell me and I sent him on his way as well.
Waste of time for me and $200 down the drain. Lesson learned - I know who not to call in the future.

They charge WAY more than everyone else. Yesterday the same problem happened with a pipe that they supposedly fixed two previous times, the previous owners were great but the new ones are just money hungry. Ridiculously so. Such a shame.

They were very nice and prompt. However they quoted me a outrageous price to replace my water heater. I told them no thank you. I called two other places and they were 60% less. I could not believe the difference in pricing.

so I had a big issue with my plumbing they help so much but it's almost been two months and my kitchen floor is still messed up. They subcontract the kitchen floor to someone that didn't know what they were doing and told me they would have it done a week before thanksgiving it's a week before Christmas and not done, the part that makes me upset is they haven't made it right after I payed in full. I've miss more days of work waiting on these guys to finish the job.

Walker Techs have been out to provide service to our family house in Hurricane Utah three times. Each time the techs were very professional and effective. We had one call back for an issue. Walker sent out a tech within a few hours after our call. Problem solved. The tech was honest about how the problem happened. Didn't try to BS me as to the cause. Prices seem reasonable. I will continue to call them first.

I made an appointment for Walker's to come out and fix a water leak. They said they'd be out Frifay between 8 and 12 noon. On Thursday, I received a reminder of the appointment and asked me to confirm it, which I did i made arrangements to be home Friday between 8 and 12, and NOBODY SHOWED UP! AT 12:15pm, I called them and asked if they were coming. They shuffled papers a bit, put me on hold, and then said their leak detection man had to take time off for a family emergency. This is understandable, but I asked, ""Why didn't you call me? Why did I have to call you?"" Of course, I received no satisfactory response. A day wasted and more time for water to leak. I called another compnay. If you want to deal with this type of irresponsibility, good luck.
