Had service done 6 days ago on heating system. System failed. Technician arrived same morning when called during the weekend. Much better than previous experience. Technician spent over an hour checking the system, found what he thought was the defect, needed a simple fix and did not chrage us anything. I thought that was very responsible since they inspected the system only a few days ago. I think they have a good outfit.

Had some furnace problems and called Walker Plumbing. When they got here and realized it was an older furnace, not a HVAC, it took about a minute to decide to go ahead and see if they could fix it. Thankfully it didn't need parts. They did some maintenance on it and made sure it was working before they left. The price was what I was originally quoted, which really surprised me. So reasonable! Highly recommend Walker Plumbing and Air. Justin Dalley is amazing!

Walker Plumbing was on time and professional. My igniter went south on my 2020 water heater with no warranty and instead of replacing it I went with a new water heater. The work was completed on the same day with a10yr warranty. Maquade and Dan did a fantastic job. They even checked out my new water softener for me, waived the repair call fee, and a 5% discount for joining the yearly maintenance plan. I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

These guys are expensive. Make no bones about it. They charge a non-refundable fee just to come to your front door and that has nothing to do with the service they are there to provide. Having said that, they are prompt, courteous, helpful and above all professional. I have used them several times and had the job done fast and done properly. I can't say that about other venders in town that I have used. So here's the thing. I get that plumbing work is costly but walker Plumbing is way above average in cost as other reviewers are quick to point out in these reviews . The sad thing is, there are other regional plumbers in the area who charge far less and I have used some of them....once. So here's the rub. Pay exhorbitant fees and get the job done right or hire a less costly plumber and take your chances. If I didn't feel this was a whopper of a cash-grab I would have reviewed them higher. The plumber that came to our home to do the work, Scott A., was fantastic and I gave him a 5 star review for his courtesy, help and know-how.

Performed annual maintenance service. Arrived on time based on text notification. Performed service professionally, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Took the appropriate time to review all components contained in his prepared checklist. Great representative of Walker Plumbing. Good value for the money.

They are very prompt and efficient but their PRICING is way out of line. I had them do a small job which was totally out of line in pricing. I should have known but I called them about a major leak between the house and water meter and their charge for locating it was out of line and what they quoted to repair was 3 times what another reputable company wanted.

My water heater replacement service was good. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. Prices are high, but the replacement water heater was professional grade with a 10-year warranty on parts, tank and labor, and included yearly drain/flushes for 5 years and anode replacement in 3 years. Yes, I paid more, but got it done quickly and also got a better product/warranty than I could get at a big box store.

I have had this company come to my house previously not realizing it was the same company. They are very professional and their employees seem very knowledgeable!
My complaint is they are obviously trained to upcharge for any and every thing! I was told the call out would be $79.00 - what I wasn't told is when the technician opens his tool bag it's an additional $100. So to unscrew a cover on my water softer was $100. Of course the technician proceeded to try and sell me a whole new unit for $2300.00. The part I needed to FIX my water softner I was able to obtain for $159.00. This company could not obtain the part for me.
Next I had him check my IO system and again it would have been over 1k for a NEW system. I replaced it myself for $250.00.
Im a senior on a fixed income and I was actually in tears after the guy left my house because I couldn't afford any of what he was telling he were my options.
Im thankful I'm self reliant enough to move on and just handle it myself!
What I'm saying is if you want to spend the absolute MOST you can and you have the means to do so, call Walker Plumbing because they will fit that bill hook, line and sinker! I realized after the guy was here this it was the same company I had come previously for another issue that the guy also tried the upsell me and I sent him on his way as well.
Waste of time for me and $200 down the drain. Lesson learned - I know who not to call in the future.
