Their employee came to our home, during the repair he lost his Keyes left his tools, around at our house forgot to lock down the cover that covers main valve to shut off water making injury possible so we had to put the lid back on to protect anyone walking down the sidewalk. He kept leaving during the repair and left he said to repair other calls that came in after ours. He said he couldn't finish the repair and would be back at nine to next day. We had to call repeatedly to get him to show up and then his work failed a few days later. We called him back and his repair failed again. This time it leaked all over our basement causing damage to our home Our sprinkling system is three years old but the owner when he finally came out to view the damage stated our system is old and so they are not responsible. They advertise themselves as licensed and bonded but don't let that fool you because they will not use it when they make a mistake. We now will have to turn them into the better business bureau and to the DOPL we have other plumbers look at it and they state that the repair was faulty we will submit this all to the state. Along with the photographs taken of the damage to our home and the state they left our pipes in when they walked away. Finally, we found Tout the same employee did damage to another home as well. So no I wouldn't recommend then since they refuse to accept responsibility for their employees and do not honor their work when it goes badly.

Luke Ackerman was delightful. He was very skilled and found a hard sink to replace in another state. It matched perfectly and installed very quickly. In addition, Luke was friendly and personable. I enjoyed talking with him and having him in our home.

The staff kept me aware of location and time changes.

No change to estimated price and no attempts to up-sale anything. I appreciate this greatly.

After someone came to my house to look at my jobs they gave me a quote and charged me for more than I needed. When I called and corrected it and signed the agreement, twice their worker came out and they weren't scheduled to to the first important job needed like we were promised would happen. We have cabinets going in that needed plumbing put in. We were waiting for them to do their job before were could finish the cabinets. Second time here to my house, he was scheduled to do the wrong job again and then wanted to charge me more money for the same job I had already signed the agreement for. Bad service and can't trust them anymore. I am done with them.

I am very pleased with the service that Marty and Bill provided today. They were curious and professional. Walker plumbing was very quick to reply to an inquiry and perform the job. It was reasonable too. The only issue I had and it wasn't with the plumbers, they informed me of a $59 service charge that I should have been told about in the initial phone call. That's should have been disclosed to me when scheduling them to come out and provide an estimate. Otherwise they did what I needed them to do. Thank you.

Hired Walker Plumbing to replace the water main at our home. They said they would replace current pipe with pex from our home to the street. The bill was $4700.00. When we went to check their work they had gone and put the water main in the attic. Checked with 3 other plumbers and were told it should have been 1/2 the price if they didn't go to the street. 2 weeks later we had water coming into our home again. Tried calling Walker Plumbing for 3 hours. They finally sent a plumber out and they capped a line that Walker abandoned. The next morning we had another flood this time in the master bathroom which flooded our bedroom. We contacted Brett Walker the owner of Walker plumbing and he made an appointment and didn't show up. Our guests were without water through the weekend. We contacted Mr. Rooter and they came out and finished the job. Mr. Rooter has a flat rate of $2000 for replacing the water main inside the home and $4000 if they replace it to the street. Mr. Walker was not willing to refund any of the money we paid, just made excuses. We wouldn't recommend Walker Plumbing for any plumbing job no matter how big or small. Save your self time and money and contact Mr. Rooter to begin with. They did an excellent job!

Tried to gouge me on proposed repairs. Quoted $1,200. Another company got the job done for $360.

Lousy business!!! I've been a building contractor for over 35 years. I recently bought an investment property that unfortunately came with a clogged septic system. I had Walker Plumbing come out and supposedly they jetted the tank lines. NO they did NOT!!!
One month later I just had the sewer lines backed up again. I had the septic tank pumped out and the worker said, ""there's your problem, the inlet is still clogged!""
I went to Walker Plumbing, talked to Brett, and essentially he said, ""too bad, we jetted once and that's all we're going to do."" I told him I would have a different plumber do it correctly and he said, ""go ahead."" I told him I'd send him the bill, to which he replied, ""sue me, I get sued a lot, so I'm not worried about it!""
I will sue him. I don't threaten lawsuits, believe me.

Horrible businessman, and my advice is to stay away.

Update: 2 hours later. Drain Doctor (Steve) showed up. Routered the line that Brett says they did. Steve found one of those 3"" inflatable pipe balloons in the line that Brett said was cleared.

As a reputable general contractor for over 35 years I'd say ""best of luck"" dealing with Walker Plumbing because you're gonna need it!

Amazing experience. We were guests at my parents second home in St George, and of course, just as week are packing & cleaning up to go home we discovered the disposal was leaking. Stephanie worked to find us a tech that could come right away. Ike replaced our disposal lightening fast and the bill was SO reasonable. We will definitely use Walker Plumbing again.
