Called them to fix a running toilet. They arrived our of the blue without notification randomly, left our bathroom a complete mess, broke our water shut off and left saying we should get it checked out without telling us the full story. When realized we had no water pressure anywhere in the house, I called them and requested they come fix the problem which they refused to do unless we paid them $300. Both people that came to the house were fairly incapable of communication.

I called Walker Plumbing on Saturday afternoon with a garbage disposal and bath tub problem. I was told someone would call me back in a little while. I received a call from Tim Walker who said he would be at the house at 9 am Sunday , he arrived on time and completed both jobs within an hour. Our hot water heater failed yesterday' the day before Easter. I called and spoke to Wendy and she had Kyle go out to the house within the hour. Very rare to get same day service on almost anything in this area. Kyle had the hot water heater we needed and brought it back and installed it, fixed a leak in the shower and we are back in business before Easter. Wow that was fast!! This is a super company, Tim Walker gets the job done when he says and is very reasonable. We have had him out to install new plumbing and also to fix old. Nice to have this available on Sanibel. I would give him 10 stars if I could figure out how to manipulate this site!

Kyle and Darren did an outstanding, quality job fast. NO MESS on our carpet. Cost was fair. I've managed $55M of construction projects in Lee County, so I know how to recognize the good contractors who can be trusted. Walker Plumbing will be our plumbing go to from now on.
