Started with a problem with the secretary/office staff. We were scheduled for something completely different from what we told the lady. When the repairmen came, this was discussed and a new appointment set.

Two people working under Paul Walker came to do the work, and once the work was completed, the problem still persisted. Eventually called someone else, they came out and showed us everything that wasn't completed in the Walker visit. Very displeased with the experience, especially with such a high price tag.
