This is by far the worst company you could ever go with.. They are nice when they are visiting to give you an estimate and the price of what you are looking to do.. My AC was old and I needed a new one BAD, called several other places and R&R was not the cheapest but could do it the soonest, and seemed to be great people. Installation went well AC worked for a few days, then I called because the pump gave out on a brand new ac system, they told me that I would have to fix it myself or wait 6-8 weeks before someone could come out and take a look at it.. They told me to refer to the owners manual since that is why they left it with me... I would not recommend this company to anyone... They are rude and very unprofessional..

I don't know about the bad review, but I've used R and R for both my furnace and for plumbing, and they've been absolutely fantastic. Fast, quality service and reasonable prices. The technicians were friendly, courteous, polite and professional. I will continue to use them for all heating, AC, and plumbing problems and I recommend them to anyone!

The night before Christmas Eve, our furnace started making an awful noise. We had to shut it down. R & R had someone out in two hours after we called on Christmas Eve. He fixed our furnace and saved us hundreds of dollars! Highly recommend.

**the other review that is so negative is also on Google. The owner responded on Google and tried to help the customer, but I don't think they have the right company.
