I called American Home Shield for a leaking sillcock. Brent Henderson came out and I showed him what I have done to fix the leak. Sillcock always did drip and did not help when power washing company broke the plastic turn off handle. I rebuild the valve stem with no joy and had a new handle yet to put on. Thinking the sillcock might just need replacing. Bret told AHS the story and they put it down as a broken handle and they do not cover it. $75 bucks thrown out cause AHS did not write the issue correctly. Brent said nothing he can do about AHS.
I called Brent and then texted him. He responded to my Text. Giving this rating just for Brent because he responded and explained to e the situation. He gave me suggestions to fix issue myself.
I will fix the leak on my own when I can find time between work and college.
This business is a scam. I have American Home shield and I submitted a request on August 4. Waldorf Plumbing was the company they assigned to perform the repairs. I was able to unclog my toilet on my own so I called to cancel the request with Waldorf plumbing. On Aug 22, I was charged for the August 4 service. So I called American Home Shield to inquire why and they needed to call Waldorf Plumbing to confirm that I canceled the appointment on Aug 4. The owner of Waldorf Plumbing said they had an appointment scheduled for my home for today August 22 over 2 weeks after I canceled the appointment. So I called Waldorf Plumbing myself to inquire. The owner was rude unprofessional and disrespectful. I sent her messages and I tried to call. She seemed flustered and frustrated. She talked over me and threatened to press charges as opposed to just responding to my inquiry to explain why anyone from her business would be coming to my home today. Do not use this business. They are thieves and based on these other negative reviews not worth the waste of time and energy. Find a professional and courteous business to give your hard earned money to.
On 8/3/18 my home warranty company sent a plumber from Waldorf Plumbing out to service a leak from my kitchen sink. The plumber was polite, appeared to have fixed the problem, and told me to call Waldorf Plumbing directly if the problem persisted. That should have been a red flag that I would have issues. The problem persisted. I called the company back on 8/17/18 after noticing a large amount of water seeping out from the cabinet below the kitchen sink. The woman that answered the phone (I am assuming it is the owner Tina Henderson) told me that I would have to call the warranty company back and set up another appointment. I did so and waited more than 24 hours for Waldorf Plumbing to call to schedule an appointment. They never did. I called the number on Saturday to receive a voicemail that said to call another number for emergencies. I consider water leakage an emergency so I called. That same woman answered the phone and told me the company was closed until Monday and to call my warranty company to have another company to service the job which would cost me more money to fix a problem that her company did not resolve. Basically, Waldorf Plumbing does not offer emergency services nor provide quality work. I am going to request that my warranty company never send them to service my home again after they FIX THE PROBLEM that I have already paid for.

came back out and fixed my problem.
Brent was neat, friendly. Courteous, and very professional. Prior to calling Waldorf plumbing my past plumber, De'ron from R&D plumbing wanted to change out faucet and connections for $650.00. Obviously a rip off. In the future I will continue using Brent from Waldorf plumbing.
This company was referred to me by my home warranty(AHS). I wish I had read the reviews before allowing them into our home. The plumber came in for toilet back up issue. He ran a snake through the toilet bowl instead of taking the toilet up from the from and running the snake through the floor hole. Running the snake through the toilet bowl caused damage to the porcelain inside the bowl. When I called the office to get resolution, the female answering the phone said she didn't see how that could happen. When I questioned her on that, she hung up on me and would not answer the phone. I am calling AHS and letting them know how they operate business. BEWARE of this plumbing company!

Mesha J.I was referred to this company by my home warranty people. My hot water heater was not working. I contacted the company to make an appointment and the representative said there internet wasn't working because of a bad storm we had. The representative said they had aol dial up Internet and didn't have access to there emails. Brent came out to inspect the hot water heater. He advised that he had to order a part. I had to follow up with the company because a week had went by and no calls from them. They said the part hadn't come in but they would keep me posted. Week 2 he said the part was shipped to beltsville and he had to go pick it up. Then he came out to replace it, he was at my house for almost 2 hours. Then he said the part didn't fix the problem but was pretty sure it could be one other thing. Then he called the warranty people and told them my tank was leaking. When I spoke to the warranty people they said they advised him to come back so they could help him trouble shoot the problem. Brent never called and told me that. Here we go again bad communication. He wanted to have it replaced because he couldn't figure the problem out. My tank was not leaking, almost 3 weeks no hot water. Another vendor came out and fixed the problem in less then 10 minuets. Not to mention the other vender said the gas switch was turned off truly sad and bad business. I hope this review helps, this company may not be the best option for issues with your hot water heater. I'm giving one star because this is the only way I can post this.
This company was assigned by my home warranty for a leaky faucet, garbage disposal and stopped sink. The only issue addressed was the stopped sink in which the tech made worse to the point where I was unable to use my kitchen. The tech additionally contacted the HWC and stated I was irate and verbally abusive. That was a complete fabrication as immediately upon the tech leaving my home when I realized the stoppage was not only not resolved but made worse I called the office and reached no one to even verbally abuse. The office called back five days later and told me to turn off my water and someone would return the next day. I thanked her and hung up with no intention of ever using them again. This was by far been the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. Extremely disappointed!!!
I had a leaky kitchen faucet and possible pipe leak. This company was contracted through my home warranty. Tech came to my house on a Wed. He said it just the faucet and would take an hour to install the new one I had already purchased. He left because he said he had 3 other jobs to do but would come back Sat. Never called or showed up. Spoke with the owner via text because they refused to answer the phone. I asked could they call my warranty company to notify them that repair wasn't completed so I could switch to another vendor. They did not. They held my info hostage from my warranty company so that I couldn't immediately switch to another vendor. These ppl clearly have some type of warranty scam going on. They just want to make a diagnosis so they can get paid.
