*STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY* I contacted HSA Home Warranty Services to have my Hot Water Heater looked at. They have a contract with Waldorf Plumbing in Waldorf, Md. who sent out a Plumber. The Plumber stated I would need a new hot water heater due to the age and the type of system. Ok, no problem. I contacted Home Warranty Services who advised that I had to pay Waldorf Plumbing $470.00 for the disposal fee before they would install a new water heater. Really ? I disposal fee of $470.00. (That's half of a new hot water heater) I contacted Waldorf Plumbing and spoke to Tina whom claims to be the owner. I questioned her about the fee and what exactly it included, and why it was so much. She quickly became defensive and stated fine, you don't want to pay then we are not putting in your hot water heater, and immediately hung up. I called her right back and asked why she hung up on me just because I asked questions and didn't understand how things went. She again became very agitated, was rude and very disrespectful. Your the owner ? This is how you treat a customer? Wow. I have filed a formal complaint with the Home Warranty and advised them that no person from Waldorf Plumbing is coming into my house and they will not see a dime of my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Very unprofessional. I would never use them again. The worker came unprepared twice. The first time he came he said his son had the equipment he needed the second time no extension cord. He was in my house for 20 minutes never snaked in my house to at least and try to unstop my tub. He walked away from the phone because I was asking to many questions. Very unprofessional I used them through my home warranty company. They could never come back to my house every.

Waldorf Plumbing was contracted by American Home Shield to do some repairs for us. I was extremely pleased by Dustin's friendliness and professionalism. He diagnosed our problems quickly and was able to repair two of our toilets. We had another issue in which a replacement faucet will be needed- Dustin quickly assessed this as well instead of trying to just do a band-aid repair (an experience we've had with other companies contracted by AHS). I would use this company any time!!

Waldorf Plumbing was contracted through my home warranty company to service my garbage disposal. My appointment was scheduled for today, but they had called saying they needed to reschedule. When I tried to call them back the phone rang and rang until their voicemail picked up. You are unable to leave a message because their voicemail is full. It appears the only way you can actually get ahold of them is if you continue to call and are lucky enough to FINALLY have someone pick up the phone. Due to personal situation that arose I was unable to call back and realized the appointment was never changed. When I called today at 4:15 the lady who answered quickly that their office was closed which ironically it says on their message they are opened Mon-Fri until 5. When I tried to explain the situation she was EXTREMELY rude and curt, basically it wasn't her problem because she had left me a message. What kind of customer service is that ??? If your home warranty company contracts out to this company ask for another.

Never again had to call out twice scheduled through American Home Shield. Now I have to get an second opinion from another plumping company to fix what they didn't. And they lied about American Home Shield tried to reach out to. Lie!!!!! They can keep this trash can of a company!!!

I called American Home Shield for a leaking sillcock. Brent Henderson came out and I showed him what I have done to fix the leak. Sillcock always did drip and did not help when power washing company broke the plastic turn off handle. I rebuild the valve stem with no joy and had a new handle yet to put on. Thinking the sillcock might just need replacing. Bret told AHS the story and they put it down as a broken handle and they do not cover it. $75 bucks thrown out cause AHS did not write the issue correctly. Brent said nothing he can do about AHS.

I called Brent and then texted him. He responded to my Text. Giving this rating just for Brent because he responded and explained to e the situation. He gave me suggestions to fix issue myself.
I will fix the leak on my own when I can find time between work and college.

This business is a scam. I have American Home shield and I submitted a request on August 4. Waldorf Plumbing was the company they assigned to perform the repairs. I was able to unclog my toilet on my own so I called to cancel the request with Waldorf plumbing. On Aug 22, I was charged for the August 4 service. So I called American Home Shield to inquire why and they needed to call Waldorf Plumbing to confirm that I canceled the appointment on Aug 4. The owner of Waldorf Plumbing said they had an appointment scheduled for my home for today August 22 over 2 weeks after I canceled the appointment. So I called Waldorf Plumbing myself to inquire. The owner was rude unprofessional and disrespectful. I sent her messages and I tried to call. She seemed flustered and frustrated. She talked over me and threatened to press charges as opposed to just responding to my inquiry to explain why anyone from her business would be coming to my home today. Do not use this business. They are thieves and based on these other negative reviews not worth the waste of time and energy. Find a professional and courteous business to give your hard earned money to.

On 8/3/18 my home warranty company sent a plumber from Waldorf Plumbing out to service a leak from my kitchen sink. The plumber was polite, appeared to have fixed the problem, and told me to call Waldorf Plumbing directly if the problem persisted. That should have been a red flag that I would have issues. The problem persisted. I called the company back on 8/17/18 after noticing a large amount of water seeping out from the cabinet below the kitchen sink. The woman that answered the phone (I am assuming it is the owner Tina Henderson) told me that I would have to call the warranty company back and set up another appointment. I did so and waited more than 24 hours for Waldorf Plumbing to call to schedule an appointment. They never did. I called the number on Saturday to receive a voicemail that said to call another number for emergencies. I consider water leakage an emergency so I called. That same woman answered the phone and told me the company was closed until Monday and to call my warranty company to have another company to service the job which would cost me more money to fix a problem that her company did not resolve. Basically, Waldorf Plumbing does not offer emergency services nor provide quality work. I am going to request that my warranty company never send them to service my home again after they FIX THE PROBLEM that I have already paid for.

Two weeks ago called American Home Shield for a pluumbing problem.A. H.S. reached out to Waldorf Plumbing. Brent came out promptly checked out bathroom faucet leak. Brent explained stems would have to be ordered and he would get back with me. Approximately a week later Brent
came back out and fixed my problem.
Brent was neat, friendly. Courteous, and very professional. Prior to calling Waldorf plumbing my past plumber, De'ron from R&D plumbing wanted to change out faucet and connections for $650.00. Obviously a rip off. In the future I will continue using Brent from Waldorf plumbing.
