These guys are incredible. TR and his team are at my house monthly as I live in a house with old cast iron pipes. They have always been able to fix my issues quickly and without a problem. They give me suggestions about what I can do to upgrade things, but are never pushy or trying to sell. These guys will always be my plumber!

1/15/18. Our garbage disposal was jammed. The plumbers released it but it was extremely noisy. We decided to upgrade to a better disposal since our's was very old. They had the replacement in the truck and the whole job was done in around an hour. It was nice to see professionals doing a great job. They also cleaned to trap on our bathtub.

Great service, competitive prices & most of all very knowledgeable. I had my bathroom remolded, the general contractor installed new shower valves and it was taking forever to get hot water. The general contractor and two other plumbers wanted to sell me a re-piping job. I called Waite Brothers and he said, over the phone, all I needed to do was turn a screw setting at the shower valve. He was right and that fixed that issue an no cost instead of several thousands of dollars. I have since had them out to the house for other jobs and have always been very satisfied.

Very impressed with their service. Called in the morning to replace a 13 year old large water heater - they pulled all the strings to get the water heater delivered and installed it the next morning. The job was messy and looked like a pain. Noe did a wonderful job and brought everything up to code. Reasonable price - will use again and highly recommend to others.

I've had the pleasure of being a neighbor of Tom Waite (Waite Bros. Plumbing) for years. He has always been a tremendous help to everyone in the neighborhood, and he has great experts that he brings in on special issues (like testing a line to find exactly where a pipe is leaking in the slab or wall system of a house before recommending the best way to fix it or re-pipe the line). His work has always held fast, his prices are always fair and their customer service is always above and beyond what you'd expect. Old-fashioned, rock solid outfit and people!
