Great service, competitive prices & most of all very knowledgeable. I had my bathroom remolded, the general contractor installed new shower valves and it was taking forever to get hot water. The general contractor and two other plumbers wanted to sell me a re-piping job. I called Waite Brothers and he said, over the phone, all I needed to do was turn a screw setting at the shower valve. He was right and that fixed that issue an no cost instead of several thousands of dollars. I have since had them out to the house for other jobs and have always been very satisfied.

Very impressed with their service. Called in the morning to replace a 13 year old large water heater - they pulled all the strings to get the water heater delivered and installed it the next morning. The job was messy and looked like a pain. Noe did a wonderful job and brought everything up to code. Reasonable price - will use again and highly recommend to others.

I've had the pleasure of being a neighbor of Tom Waite (Waite Bros. Plumbing) for years. He has always been a tremendous help to everyone in the neighborhood, and he has great experts that he brings in on special issues (like testing a line to find exactly where a pipe is leaking in the slab or wall system of a house before recommending the best way to fix it or re-pipe the line). His work has always held fast, his prices are always fair and their customer service is always above and beyond what you'd expect. Old-fashioned, rock solid outfit and people!

We had a leaky toilet and called first thing in the morning. They arrived 20 minutes later and told me exactly what was most likely wrong and gave me an estimate. They did not pressure me in to having to get it done right away. I opted to get it fixed. The guy was super nice and brought in a tarp to keep everything clean. He even wiped everything down before he left. Did not think the estimate was overpriced. Well worth it and will use them again if anything else arises.

Had a leak in the wall/ceiling. Used them via a friend's recommendation and what was written here on Yelp. They came quickly, found the source of the leak while inflicting minimal damage to the wall and ceiling, fixed the leak in a flash, and charged a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend!
