A 20 minute drain pour cost me $300 and it was not an emergency. I told him that in the beginning and when I got the bill I said something must me wrong. ""Nope. That's my fee."" I'm on our HOA Board and told him that. I also told him pouring Drano in a toilet wasn't a $300 job. He didn't budge so I told him (Pau) that I would write reviews.

Lack of correspondence, disregard for any planning on the calendar, and expected to show up without providing an estimate, other than the response of, 'whats your budget?' And then the quote was $3 under the budget. Poor customer service.

Pa'a of Waikoloa Plumbing did a great job installing our new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. They were able to fit us in quickly, and were honest and communicative throughout the whole process. We even had an issue with the granite cutout being too small for the new sink we picked out, and they arranged for someone to come out the next morning to enlarge it, and they finished the install the same day. We were really happy we went with Waikoloa Plumbing!

As always, Rudy and Bobby show up and get the job done. This time a solar water heater backup was acting up...two days before Christmas. Rudy was there the next morning, diagnosed the issue, got the needed parts and fixed it that day. Thanks again Rudy for saving the day. Bravo!

I wish Rudy had been my first call instead of my second. My water billed jumped and I suspected a leak, Hawaii Water came out and confirmed there was a slow leak. Naturally it was Friday afternoon but I tried to get in touch with someone so they could at least come out on Monday. First plumber said they would be there to check after looking at my address on google map and giving me a quote. They never showed or responded to any of my texts. Rudy got back to me and showed when he said he would. It took a couple a days to get the quote (I needed it for the landlord). Rudy's quote was about 1/2 of the other plumber's. I confirmed with the owners and they said to go ahead with replacing the entire line to keep from having to keep fixing small spots. He scheduled it for Monday, called to change to Tuesday because someone needed an inspection. They showed up early on Tuesday, explained what they needed to do. Decided to go down the drive on the other side to avoid disturbing plants. They did a great job, put the line in conduit so the rocks would not cause a problem this time. The cut across the concrete drive was neat and refilled without problem. They were careful where the had to dig across the lawn. Replaced everything when finished, watered the area in the lawn where they dug so it would settle in. Cleaned the drive of rocks and dirt. I can't tell where they dug along the drive. Bobby was great at working this job and I'd call them again if needed. We even managed social distancing during all of this. Mahalo for resolving this leak and easing my mind.

Basically, the owner was really rude and unfriendly and they did the work before even giving me a quote or telling me what was wrong. They also didn't even bother coming back to fill in the hole they dug or turn my main water line back on (worker said he would back in two hours that day), so we essentially ended up finishing their job at around 7:30pm when we realized no one was coming. I also got stuck with a huge bill and all they replaced was a 3/4"" pvc connector and we finished what they started. Try a different company before you use this one!!
