Bryan and his assistant were very punctual got there even the 9:00 am appointment. Quoted the total cost before repair was made. I was surprised how expensive it was to replace a couple of 1/4 turn boiler valves for washing machine with easy access and main water already shut off. The job took about 20 minutes. And it cost $496.90 and the invoice has no break down of parts and labor and dispatch charge. It was my brother's condo so I had to get him to authorize the cost. He & the wife are both retired and on fixed income. So I felt really kind of bad that I've selected an expensive plumbing company. Because another technician that I've met recently mentioned that it would cost $75 per valve plus trip charge. I thought that was a fair price and book it with Waialae Plumbing. If you are on a tight budget. Perhaps look for a qualified Handyman instead. Joe
