Update: I've decided to come back and amend my review. After submitting several online reviews, the owner decided that he would come and take a look at our yard. After seeing it for himself, he agreed that it was not good and, in fact, looked far worse than any yards they had done at the same time as ours. He gave us a couple of options to try to be fair regarding what was done. I am glad to say that his offer was fair and we accepted. It doesn't completely fix what was done, but we feel a lot better about it.

We had a small plumbing problem with our shower. I called Wagner's and they had a guy out that afternoon. He finished the job quickly and cleaned up any mess he had made. The price was very reasonable to us and we were very happy with the results. If we have any additional problems with any other plumbing will definitely be calling Wagner's again.

We have a cabin with a 150' deep well. When we had problems with keeping a prime, I called 6-8 companies in the Cass Lake and Bemidji area. Several did not call me back at all, a couple were no longer in business or retired, and one tried to convince me that the jet assembly needed to be replaced. Wagner called me back and followed up via email to get specific information on the system. Justin arrived on time at the boat landing and confirmed the situation to make sure he brought the parts needed before we left the mainland. He replaced the broken gate valve and tightened up several pump connections. Everything has worked perfectly for the entire summer. The cost of the valve was reasonable, as was the fee for the service call. The labor hours were accurate and Justin worked steadily the entire time. I would not hesitate to call this family busines the next time we need plumbing repairs.

My wife runs a Daycare out of our home, Whenever we have a plumbing need we call Wagners. They are always professional, courteous, and very timely so far every single time we have called they have shown up the same day. I highly recommend them to everyone.
