I had used WM in the past without any problems therefore I referred a neighbor to them. They came out and assessed the situation and said she needed a new compressor. Then within days the air went out again and they came out and said there MIGHT be a leak. Had to put something in the unit and then recheck in a week. My neighbor who is a senior and widowed is now out $1800.00 and it still doesn't work! She got a second opinion and was told the unit was shot so she is now going with the second company to get a new unit. WM should have suggested a new unit and save her $1800.00. Horrible customer service!!!!!

Long story short: Wagner Mechanical CALLED ME from a referral by my usual AC repair company because my usual was too busy during a heatwave to get to me in a timely manner. We arranged for a Tuesday appointment (a week and a half away). They called my tenant to confirm which she did.

Tuesday is here and no one has heard anything. I call and Regina said that they weren't able to get a hold and that the appointment was canceled. I asked why no one called me and she said ""I called you but didn't leave a message."" And I said I have never received a phone call from her and that my caller ID has no record of a call either.

Regardless of the lying, I ask if there's another appointment available. She says Thursday between 11am-1pm is open. When I ask to fill it, she says, ""Well, we're really busy and we've been getting a lot of emergency calls so it's probably better to call another company."" Really? You called me for an appointment, canceled on it, lied to me, and when there was an available appointment you refused to let me fill it AND told me to go somewhere else???

Worst. Company. Ever. I will never attempt to send any business to this company, nor will they ever get any of my own.
