Joel R.CAUTION!!!<br/>After moving to Lititz, I decided to hire Wagner HVAC and Plumbing. This was the worst HVAC service I have ever encountered. They put in a poorly designed "mickey mouse" humidifier. After the installation, they failed to provide service. Eventually, he stopped responding to my calls for help. Why gamble with a company that lacks professionalism? He shows no bravery in confronting problems with clients.<br/>ALERT!!! |I strongly advise against using Wagner HVAC and Plumbing. My experience with them was extremely negative. They provided a humidifier that was not effective and poorly designed. Their customer service was non-existent after the installation. He did not respond to my requests for assistance. Why would you risk your home with an unprofessional company? He shows no integrity in handling customer concerns.}<br/>ALERT!!!}
