Yikes. This company stood me up and then was rude to me when I called to complain about it. I waited for their plumber for 1 hour, never got a call or anything. I even called to confirm the appointment a couple hours beforehand and they said ""Oh yeah, he'll be there."" 2.5 hours of my day wasted (including travel time) and wasted gas. Avoid these guys like the plague. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe them.

We had a leak coming from somewhere inside our wall, dripping down into the basement. We discovered this at about 9pm on Saturday night, and realized this was not something that could wait until Monday, when our usual plumber could come.
I Googled ""Chicago Emergency Plumbers"" and got three numbers. Wagner and Sons were the only ones who called back. Two guys came out. They spent about two hours bashing holes in both our bathrooms and under our kitchen sink to find the leak, which they finally located near the ceiling in our downstairs bathroom.
Our emergency plumbers told us it would be $1100 to fix it, but they'd have to come back the next day (Sunday) to do it. Oh, and also all of our plumbing was shot and we really needed to replace ALL our plumbing, top to bottom.
Uh. What?
We paid the $150 service fee and they turned our water off for us. The mess they left was INCREDIBLE, especially considering they didn't have saws and just whacked away at the drywall with hammers.
Our regular plumber (Jon The Plumbing Doctor) came out Monday morning, saw the problem immediately, and fixed it for less than half of what Wagner's quoted us. And yes, our plumbing is over 100 years old (like the rest of the house) and needs to be replaced, which we knew, but it's not in immediate danger of collapsing.
They get one star for being the only emergency plumbers who called back and showed up on a Saturday night, but I'd avoid them unless you're really fond of paying double for work that might not even need to be done.
