As a vendor for American Home Shield, They came to check on my water heater that was not heating and told me I needed to get a new one. Was charged $500 on top of what AHS covered for """"water line modifications"""" Turns out, the gas was turned off the unit, that is why it did not heat. They either did not check that or ignored it. I did not need a replacement at that time.

I contacted my home warranty company AHS (yeah I know) for a issue I was having with low water pressure. They dispatched Wade's..after looking at their reviews I was at first very skeptical. I actually spoke with a honest and very professional person name Kayla. I expressed my concerns with using them as a vendor for my repair. After talking with her I felt good about using them so I did. Long short made short, the technician showed up on time and was a great very skilled young man. He fix my issues quickly and so far things are working well.

Literally they steal money from you. I had $120 in $20 bills sitting on the kitchen counter for my wife to go to the grocery store and somehow $80 of that was missing while the technician was working in the bathroom adjacent to the kitchen. I've left a message for them more than once but No one will call me back and I don't know if it's worth going to the police over that amount. To add insult to injury they didn't even fix the bathroom. The technician wrapped duct tape on the inside of the handle inside the tank to keep it from being loose and claimed he replaced it. My wife didn't know to check the quality of their work. UPDATE: they have three five star reviews. Two from California residents and 1 from New Jersey. It's a plumber serving just this area of South Carolina! How desperate can a company be to pay for fake reviews?

Very unprofessional. Did not show up for appt and did not contact me to explain why. They do not respond to emergency line. No way to contact them when someone does not show up when the office is closed. Would not ever use them again.

Here to give this company another 1 star review. Same complaints as everyone else. Assigned this contractor through American Home Shield. They have ton a terrible job the entire way. Not answering phone calls, showed up to the first appointment 5 hours late with no calls, then took photos and left. 2nd appointment, did not show up with a new garbage disposal to fix the leaking one, showed up an hour late, and replaced my pressure regulator valve which led me to have no water pressure inside my house. DO NOT USE WADES PLUMBING.

These folks came to my house as assigned by American Home Shield to fix a huge water leak and then ghosted me after 2 visits in 2 weeks...no returned calls or texts for 4 more weeks. I ended up calling Dipple Plumbing and got it fixed the next day. Wade's even had the audacity to tell AHS they completed the work and got paid. Do not recommend!

I wish I could rate this company a zero, 1 star is too much. I only using this unprofessional company b/c it's through my home warranty American Shield. This company will be reported and I'm pursuing suing them. I paid 1030.00 in cash on 6/10/2024. To install new water heater, water line modifications, Expansion Tank Code, T& P drain modification 80.00, PRV!!!!! I am a single parent and my kids and I been without hot water since than!!!!!!!!! This company doesn't GAF about nobody. This dishonest, non-communicative company doesn't return emails, phone calls, screen calls, don't answer phone calls. I had two scheduled appointments and was stood up No Call No Show twice. I called multiple times, sent multiple emails and this company don't give a F****. I requested my full money back in cash 1035.00 since we are without hot water this company don't know how to stand on it works and treat people how they want to be treated. I will get to the bottom of this and get another company to check behind their fault work and will handle them legally. I would recommend this company to dead roach!!!!

Every time they come due to AHS they leave jobs half done. We had to call another plumber and pay extra to finished the catastrophic work there people do.

They tried to scam my wife into adding a cleanout when we already had one. She received an invoice for $3700. All for a blocked sink. Thety said we dont't have a cleanout. But we do. I emailed and called over and over and they wont answer either. Total scam!!!
