Requested a repair for my hot water heater pop off valve through Choice Home Warranty on 23 Oct. Paid the service fee and the repair was authorized on 30 Oct. As of today, the repair is not completed. I have attempted to contact the company and the message says the mailbox is full and can't accept any other messages.

Completely unprofessional service, not sure how these guys are still in business. I like many other reviewers got stuck with these guys because of Choice home warranty. I have since complained to CHW and asked them to take these guys off their list. Scheduling was a nightmare and at first part of it was my fault as I travel a lot for work, but multiple no shows and no calls. We had a leaking shower head, they finally sent a guy to come fix it, he was cursing the whole time and just complaining how overworked he was. They left after the ""fix"" however that night the leak returned. Reached out right away to try and schedule another visit. Ghosted. Left voicemails texts, finally reached out to CHW got a response and they said they couldn't fix it. Had to submit another claim and got stuck with these guys again and they immediately declined. If they are as busy as they say they are then stop accepting claims. Also just a simple call or text on being late or not going to make it goes a long way. Again if you can avoid these guys do it. Not good work and completely unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I would.

I had been scheduled with Wade's plumbing through a service that I have for repairs. I called the company repeatedly and they never called me back to reschedule the appointment.

I had this company come to my home twice. The first time they did a half assed job the second time they did they supposed to done a better job, but they messed up my whole plumbing system and not on up to. It will not get back to me will not talk to me and said that their phone was disconnected through via text so they are not professional. I'm very disappointed.

I had a water leak somewhere and I worked with Westminster Water. I used Wade's Plumkng Solutions and they were all teriffic! Rearranged their schedule yo accommodate me as I was leaving for vacation..thank you Bethany! Jason came himself and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem(2 leaky toilets) He also checked and made sure the leak didn't originate from the pipes running from the house to the meter..boy was I relieved! Jason was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Will definitely use him again and I highly recommend their team!

Took my serice fee from choice home warranty and they never came back. The warranty company had approved of the claim and was told you would be back on Tuesday and then never showed up. I've tried and the warranty company has tries to contact you and no response. I hope the warranty company wises up to your scams.

We were having water pressure noise from a pipe. The 1 star is that tech came out right away, diagnosed issue immediately, took our warranty co pay and said he had to pick up part, would be back soon. That was the last time we have seen him. He has not shown for follow up appointments, although a card was left on door on a morning we had no appointment. Doesn't return calls left on message machine, other times message box full. Home warranty company stated they are unable to contact as well. After 1 month, claim is being reassigned. Name should be No Show plumbing

Wade Plumbing came to fix a waterline on a refrigerator. Wade was in my home for 5-minutes and didn't do anything besides turn off the water line. He charged a $100 service fee and said he needed to come back to fix the problem after Choice Home Warranty approved the claim. Wade canceled the claim and said another plumber needed to go out. All he did was make $100 and doesn't do the work.

He arrived with a woman in his truck as though it was a picnic. This is an unprofessional company that scams people out of their money. They are not professional. Wade was cussing at my home and complained that he had other customers to service at 5 PM.

I suggest saving your money and finding someone that is reputable and honest. Not these thieves and con-artists.

Update: A plumber from a reputable company came out same day, using the same home warranty and fixed the plumbing issue without incident.

Again, it speak volumes about Wade Plumbing that they cancelled the work order (confirmed by the Home Warranty manager) for 5-minutes of work and did not complete the job but were paid the fee.
