Wade did an amazing job in replacing the trim kit on my shower. I had recently moved into my new home only to find that the wrong model trim kit had been forcibly installed, causing the shower to not turn off. He not only located the correct trim kit, (which I could not find in any stores), he was able to fix the damage done when the incorrect trim and valve had been forced on. He also went above and beyond by bolting the loose bathroom vanity to the wall. I can't say enough how happy I was with his work. He was on time, explained everything he was doing, and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Wade for any plumbing needs.

I had been trying to find an honest plumber for a few months. I have found that the large plumbing contractors pull you in with a ""free"" inspection or a drain clean out for $71 and then find the charge to repair is hundreds of dollars. I found Wade on the Nextdoor app. He was prompt in returning my call & was able to schedule the repair with just a 1 hr window. That's fantastic for those of us who work full-time. He was on time, he explained everything he was doing & pointed out that my two relatively new toilets had been installed incorrectly therein was the problem. He gave me many tips on maintenance as well. He's definitely a keeper! I have already referred some neighbors to use him for their plumbing needs.

Recently had Wade to change out my 12 year 75 gallon natural gas water heater as a pro-active measure. Wade went above and beyond to make sure all aspects of the job were performed correctly, completely and to my satisfaction. His honesty, punctuality, responsiveness and pricing were also excellent. Got the problem cleared up quickly which was awesome!! He went the extra mile by fixing the hot and cold water taps free of charge. Wade Cotter (owner) was great. He picked up the call, helped me assess the problem by texting him pictures of the issue, and even ballparked the cost to repair it - all in the initial phone call. He was able to come same-day. Had the necessary parts with him. Was personable and enthusiastic. Appreciative of my business. Careful to clean up and leave everything in good order. He seems like the kind of guy who enjoys troubleshooting and draws on a lot of first-hand experience as owner-operator of Wade in the Water Plumbing. I hope I don't urgently need a plumber any time soon but I will definitely call Wade if I do!
